In that, the dual between SPAR (IL) and AWA (Lake Country, WI) would be the trustiest version of a lower-weight dual versus an upper-weight dual—and it was truly that cut and dry. SPAR would dominate the bottom, and AWA would make a match of it up top.
The dual opened as well as it possibly could for SPAR—they would win the first eight weights and jump out to a 30-6 lead.
