Most of us understand that the rankings are based on limited information and some opinion. If people look at them and take them too seriously, that is far from your fault. I wish you wouldn't base your decision to continue them on someone who I am assuming is feeling their son didn't get a fair ranking. Bring 'em back!!! Thanks for your efforts on being as fair as you can with the information you have.

I have found over the years that kids often use their parent's email account. My guess is that the message was from a kid, not a parent.
