When do you drive in the left lane?

Ok I was driving up I-55 from St. Louis to Chicago a little while back and realized that speeding isn't even an option. Poor lane usage kept me under 70mph the entire drive. So I am checking with the matmen community to see if we're smarter than the drivers I am used to seeing.

I know what you are saying and I swear people from Michigan are the worst. Coming from Florida who's poking along in the left lane, Michigan many many Michigan plates, coming home from Pennsylvania guess who, Michigan again.

My father swore that people from Iowa were the worst. It broke my heart to hear that. He had a nice name for them.
