question about the big guys

I was wondering about the big guys, the novices/seniors that wrestle over 220 lbs in IKWF. Obviously competiton is limited in IKWF and when they get to high school, they are at a weight dominated by upperclassmen. Even harder, the guys smaller than them suddenly start growth spurts that move them to heavyweight as well

Has anyone tracked the success of these big guys when they get to high school? The ones that win IKWF as heavys) Or does the football coach grab them and they become destined for linemen?

Always wondered about that. I see the smaller guys just keep winning when they get to high school, but no one talks about the heavies

Look at this years 275 Runner Up at HWT, I believe he won IKWF state at least once. He was a Junior this year, and gave Baines from Bollingbrook a run for his money..... Double OT. Watch him to win next year.
