Yes there is! :) In fact, there have been two Fr/So state tournaments for the last several years. The more organized one has actually been run by a group of high school coaches and has featured a regional, sectional and state tournament just like the IHSA tournament. It usually follows the IHSA tournament with the regional beginning a week or so later. Unfortunately, it often interferes with the IKWF regional, sectional and state. The IKWF usually also has a Fr/So state tournament that they run on one day with no qualifiers. basically, the kids just show up and wrestle. There is usually good competition, but it is nit a true state tournament. Last year they ran it along with the Midget(Junior)
State tournament in Danville, and it really just seemed like an after thought. Watch this website for information after the IHSA tournament.

Here is the info from last year's F/S state series: http://www.teamillinois.com/
I'm sure this year's stuff will be up around the time of the IHSA Individual Finals.
