Gonzalez from Antioch is one of the best I have seen at 119. That includes competitors from the reed custer tournament.

The top five at 119 are probably (in no particular order) Armetta, Gonzalez, Hubbard, Ogg, and Wyman.

Or something close to that.

Top 3: Doyle from NL, Rodriguez from Sterling, Valadarez from HGH, #4 & 5 are a toss up between Rossdeuter of LZN (7th grader), Larkin of Harvard &
Klass of Barr Prairie

For 119 in no order i think its Hubbard, Armetta, Wyman, Gozales, Ogg possibly frank from manteno unless he gets caught in a double standing

I'd have to put Franc ahead of Hubbard as well.

Weaver (Parkside) is the best I have seen at 112.

Barring injury or illness, Weaver is the one to beat at 112lbs.

Sadly you are mistaken, 3rd place aside, Rossdeuter is a strong and smart wrestler. I've seen him wrestle several times this year. You should tell your team mate (who I've watched all year and tends to get lucky w the crap refs in our area) he better be prepared cause this 7th grader will teach him a thing or 2.

Franc should be in the top of the mix somewhere... I find it disturbing he wasn't on the original listing of the top 5... He'll finish top 3 in state guarantee... he's getting stronger in each match...

yes he is getting stronger but there is always stronger... specially if hes ego keeps growing in order to achieve top three he must stay level headed and train hard

Also i would like to see a Logan Doyle vs. Evan Weaver rematch, Doyle has improved greatly since the last time they have faced one another.

Mark McDonnell at 119 from Morrison is undefeated and looked really good all season. Morrison joined IESA last year and his family opted for Ikwf so this is his first year in IESA. His twin brother Matt at 155 also won the Dekalb sectional and is wrestling very well. Good luck to all.

McDonnel from Morrison is great on his feet. I haven't seen anyone in junior high that good on his feet. Spangler wrestled him tough and congrats to the both of them. The McDonnel twins have alot of years of experince on these kids. Spangler a four year wrestler and Koran a one year wrestler wrestled them tough at sectionals. Good Luck to all the wrestlers @ State.

Way to be a stand up dude. Rossdeutcher definately came to wrestle. Too bad I won't be able to watch him this weekend. He's in a very tough wt class but it will only make him better. Get your grades up ad we'll look for you next year!
