2008 Indian Freestyle/Greco Roman Tournament
Sponsored by Wentzville Wrestling Club
When:
Saturday, April 12, 2008
Weigh-ins will be held Saturday morning 7 am. Weigh-ins will end at 7:30. If you have not registered and checked in by 7:30 you will not wrestle.
There will be a rules clinic and demonstration beginning at 9:00 am.
Freestyle wrestling will begin at 9:30 am.
Greco-Roman wrestling will immediately follow the completion of the freestyle tournament.
Awards:
Medals will be given to the top three in each weight class.
Weight Classes:
14 and Under (or in Eighth Grade): Grouped into pools of four.
High School/Open: Grouped into pools of six when possible, this is open to college age wrestlers and above.
We will make every attempt to group wrestlers based upon age and ability level.
The divisions will be dependent upon weight; if there is too much weight difference we will have more groups with less competitors in each group.
Entry Fee:
~$20.00 / $25.00 for Both Styles
~USA wrestling cards will be available to purchase at the tournament.
~Sanctioned by USA wrestling and accident coverage by the same. Must have a USA card to wrestle.

~Hwy I-70 to the Pearce Blvd/Wentzville Pkwy exit 208. Turn North off the highway and pass QT. The first light will be Pearce turn right (east). Before the Wendy’s turn left (north) onto Campus dr. Pass the middle school and the high school will be straight ahead opposite the football stadium.
