Reed-Custer will be holding another Tournament this summer. If anyone would like to get a few more matches before school and fall sports begin, we will be holding a tournament on July 19th. Please check out flyer for info. Questions, you can PM me or email rcwrestle@yahoo.com
2008 Reed-Custer Comet Clash Wrestling Tournament
When: Saturday, July 19th, 2008
Where: Reed-Custer Field house
Braidwood, Illinois (email for directions)
Cost: $20 per wrestler (Make checks to: RCHS Wrestling. No entrance fee is required)
Weigh Ins: 630am-8:00am (In locker room just in field house entrance) WRESTLING WILL BEGIN AS SOON AS BRACKETS ARE DONE.
Age levels and period length:
Periods 1-1-1 (Four-man round robin) Periods 1-2-2 (8-man straight brackets)
1st and 2nd grade 7th and 8th
3rd and 4th grades High school
5th and 6thgroades
All High School will wrestle together. A wrestler can wrestle in more than one division IF he or she wrestles up. We will allow challenge matches later in the day. Blocked weights with 4 man round robins for Kindergarten through 6th grade and 8-man straight brackets for the 7th and 8th graders and High School levels. There will be 2 trainers on site.
We will wrestle on full mats (6 mats total)
**Concessions will be provided
