Match started at 171 and Batavia was on cruise control leading 31-9 after Patton's OT win at 135. Next Wednesday night at Batavia will be an intense dual with Yorkville, it’s going to be fun to watch, last year it came down to the 6th criteria with Yorkville edging out the win

Western Sun looks to be much more balanced this year with DeKalb, Geneva and Sycamore moving up to challenge Batavia and Yorkville. Have not seen GBS, Kaneland or Rochelle so they may surprise as well.

Agree that Batavia vs Yorkville should be exciting and I would be surprised if it did not come down to the last match again.

We had Rochelle at home last night and from how they wrestled in conf and regionals last year I thought they would have been tougher. Chauncey sure has his boys wrestling well this year and Dekalb looks like there doing well. Should be a interesting year with a lot of good wrestling. I was surprised how close the Geneva match was.
