Carl Sandberg makes the trip out to DeKalb this Saturday. The meet itself should be a blow out, but there should be a few good matches. Wondering what the thought are?

Precin/Hiatt.. This one should be worth the price of admission. Precin has a tittle and wrestles better compitition, but Hiatt seems aweful hungry this year after not being able to wrestle in the State tournament last year.
Can Mattison hang with Schmeski at 112? Shoud be a good match and a good test for both.
Ackland/Freidle. Should be another good match with the edge going to Ackland.

GREAT MATCH hard to pick a winner there seen hiatt in havard looked
very tough precin always is tough a great prelude to state if it happens.
Cant believe Mattison is still 112 this year. He looks real strong there he
should be tough be beat, Im not going to probably see much on the precin/
hiatt match in the papers because i don't live near Dekalb. I really like to
hear how that one goe's. I will take Hiatt in close match if he is ahead
and he is on top he is hard to beat on the mat but either way both guys
are tough as nails. This match is for sure money well spent to see.

Prior to the Don Flavin I thought Ackland might be overrated. But my hat's off to him for the way he handled Dwyer-especially after Dwyer head-butted him twice. The second time was complete bush league as Dwyer deliberated head-butted him with 4 seconds left and no chance to win.
By the way, Art Vandeleigh gets my vote for the best user name.
