ASCENSION WRESTLING ACADEMY MINI-CAMP
Ascension Wrestling Academy will be hosting a free 3 day mini-camp open to all wrestlers ages 8 and up on July 7th, 8th, and 9th at Auburn Middle School in Auburn, IL. The camp will go from 5:45-7:00pm each of the 3 nights. Former NCAA wrestlers from Iowa State University, Illinois College, and Millikin University will be running the camp. Below is an agenda. Tuesday July 7th: Folkstyle
Wednesday July 8th: Freestyle
Thursday July 9th: IWCOA Coach of the Year Doug Dewald will be our guest clinician.
This will be a great prep for the Army Midwest Nationals on July 11th allowing 3 practices prior to July 10th weigh-ins.
