Former Russian National Champ Vladimir Anoshenko will be running a two-day training session on Friday, July 24th and Saturday, July 25th at the Force Training Center - 811 Center Street, Plainfield, IL.
This is open to advanced or experienced wrestlers with at least two years experience (contact Coach Joe Arquilla with questions).

6:00-8:30 pm
Covering set ups to leg attacks
Saturday July 25th
9:00-11:00am
Tilts and turks
11:00-12:00
Lunch (provided)
12:00-3:00 pm
Underhooks and front headlocks.
The cost is $50 per wrestler.
