These are the ones that are updated the most. I can't say they are the best because Bob Preusse(ranker) has a decent size bias towards Ohio, but overall they aren't too bad.

The site I was referring to is wrestlingusa.com, but I cannot access the rankings w/o a subscription. People have posted links to the rankings page many times, so I assume they had a subscription and posted a link so that we could see them for free.
