My name is James Oliva, though you may have seen my name on these message boards once or twice. I was also a former competitor for Northern Illinois University, wrestling at one hundred ninety-seven pounds (1998-2003).

I would like to take this opportunity to tell you a little bit about Infinite Entertainment, our small film production company based in suburban Chicago. In the past, we've worked on several small, independent projects, nothing earth-shattering, just little videos and documentaries, preparing ourselves for our first big project.

That time has come. Currently, we are in pre-production on our first feature length production. Entitled "7 Minutes," it's the story of the trials and tribulations that face a college wrestling program as they struggle to achieve each both their team and individual goals. The film will deal with many of the social and political aspects facing wrestling at the college level today, while at the same time, telling a story that is both entertaining and inspiring.

The difference between "7 Minutes" and similar films that have come before is our choice to focus on both the college and team aspects of our sport, which have been largely ignored.

The other major difference between our film and previous wrestling films is our goal: We want to make a movie for us and by us, the national wrestling community. At Infinite Entertainment, we feel that our story has never been told on film and who better to tell that story than those who have been a part of the college wrestling experience.

But as I said, this needs to be a film for the entire wrestling community, by the entire wrestling community. We are offering you a chance to actually participate in the making of this film. We want anyone and everyone with a passion for wrestling to be involved in some way, shape or form on this film. This includes not only financially investing in the film (which we need), but also a chance to work on the film itself either behind the scenes or even on screen as we plan on casting real wrestlers in the film.

At this time, I'd like to invite you to visit our website at http://www.7minutes-movie.com for further information and to watch our special preview.

Feel free to return this email with any questions, criticisms and ideas about this project.

Thanks for your time,

Sincerely,

James Daniel Oliva
