What do you think is going to happen with all the drama in the college wrestling world and which team of coaches are going to actually live up to the hype and produce dynastys?
I mean with Brands brothers going to Iowa, Tom leaving VT subsquently causing them to CUT their program. Zalesky getting fired (he has produced 10 NCAA champs, 45 all-Americans, 3 first place finishes and 2 second place finishes), where will he be left to go, possibly OSU or maybe he will hang up the coaching boots. And now Cael is the new head coach at ISU, bringing in his brother from Utah-Valley... and i know they were in the process of making their program DI, so i wonder how that will affect that process. It makes me wonder if wrestling is gaining anything from all these coaching changes, programs being dropped/hurt.

well anytime you get cael sanderson going to coach a team you had better watch out because you are getting the best wrestler in the world to coach them. and i think wrestling is going to gain alot by this move in particular because every wrestler has heard of cael and now i think ISU is going to be back on top in a few years. i also think Minnesota Illinois OSU Iowa will be up there as well with them. but Illinois has to stop chokeing wen it comes to nationals

I think Iowa has the best chance at this point with the recent addition of the living legend Dan Gable to the Iowa coaching staff. And Zalesky is a definate at Oregon State now.

FYI - VT didn't end up cutting their program. THey hired a top local high school coach, Kevin Dresser.
