Just for fun I looked at the current (morning of Nov 6th) recruits and where Intermat has the individuals ranked. I tried a few schemes and finally settled on the following in terms of allotting points:
Ranking of 1 – 10, 10 pts
Ranking of 11-20, 8 pts
Ranking of 21-30, 6 pts
Ranking of 31-40, 5 pts
Ranking of 41-60, 4 pts
Ranking of 61-80, 3 pts
Ranking of 81-100, 2 pts
Ranking of “101,” 1 point
Slightly less than half of the 90 or so Div I teams have commitments from someone ranked in Intermat’s top 150.
