First I like to say nice job to all of the 16 teams advancing to the Team State Duals. I would still like to see the top two teams at advance from each regional (ie. regional 1A winner vs regional 1B Runner Up and so on). Maybe when IL-Matman is back up and running they can make it into a POLL.

Top 16 Teams Rank them (not in order, posted at random):

St Joe-Ogden
Sandwich
Lansing IL Christian
Fairbury Prairie Central
Harvard
Herrin
Lombard Montini
Dakota
Aledo
Petersburg PORTA
Rock Island Allmen
Vandalia
Litchfield
Standford Olympia
Rock Falls
Wilmington

These are the top 16 teams since they all won their regional (some easy some hard).

anyone else here surprised to see Roxana place 3rd as a team behind Litchfield and Hillsboro?

also, congrats to the Vandals on their 11th straight regional title, if anyone else has a longer active streak, please post it.

Oregon would've tied it with a win this year. Quite a streak.

It is 18 according to IHSA.org Congrats to Vandalia and Harvard on great accomplishments. I know all 18 have been with Coach Haak, has 11 been with the same Van coach?
