What's Joes deal? He was a volunteer coach at Iowa St. last year and
now he's a volunteer coach at NIU.
1. Why doesn't he coach where he can get paid, and I know yall might say because he loves the sport and that's fine.
2. How come no other programs offered him a position after last season and why didn't he return to Iowa St.?

The bottom line is Joe is one of the best so why isn't he being treated like one of the best?

Sorry, I did miss that article. That is awesome that he's at NIU.
I just think he would make an outstanding head coach.
It will be interesting to see what program he takes over...if he wants to.

He probably will get a paid position eventually, If he wanted to come back to illinois it kind of limits his opportunities. But im sure in future years NIU coaching staff will open up and hell get a paid position.
