3. Collinsville

Battling it out for the sectional championship will be: Edwardsville, Granite City, Chatam Glenwood, and Mascoutah. They each won their regional and that is also the order in which I would rank them. Quincy did actually come close, they finished 3 or 4 points behind Glenwood.

Mascoutah took second to chatam at the chatam tournament early in the season but they beat them at the dual they had with them twards the end so right now i would acutaly rank them Evill Granite M-town Chatam but it dosent matter becuase both Mascoutah and Chatam are going to loose right away :(

Ya I agree with both of you. I think Mascoutah, like St. Joe, is a better Tournament team than they are a dual team. Chatham i think can take Mascoutah though. Glenwood has a few more people advancing as oppose to Mascoutah. But it could go either way. So We'll have to wait and see.

I thought we were talking about the team state series. Collinsville would not be involved because the four teams mentioned (Glenwood, Granite, Macoutah, and E-ville) will see each other in a dual format. I would be interested to know what the team score would be for the tounament though. I might agree that C-ville would take third. They would need a strong showing from guys like Mezo, Robinson, and Springer. Robinson will have a tough match the first night.

I would take O'Fallon for Third. The incorrect score was reported at Wood River. The actual Score was Edwardsville 188 O'Fallon 160.5. I think the announced score was 60 something spread.

I hate to ask this, but I would like to know why we are talking about this! Newsflash, this is not Missouri so team score will not officially be kept! However, if we are talking about super Tuesday, it will be held at Edwardsville. Granite faces Mascoutah and Edwardsville faces Chatham Glenwood with two winners facing each other for a right to be dual team sectional champion.
