Must say I disagree with having the AA and A ranked together, some of the A kids are getting shorted. Seems like a few good kids were left out. Also 125 Robinson had an outstanding season!

Class AA kids get shorted also when they get grouped together. Especially if they haven't met head to head.

I'd say Daly's above Scott Prause...

Taylor Wolfe (MTC 160 SQ) was beating Scott Prause at Murdale until after the buzzer rang in the 3rd period and the ref awarded Scott back points for the win....
6. Ed Lance (Granite City)

Yeah and Tommy Knapp pinned Zimmerman at the WoodRiver duals he just got sick at the end of the season. your not going to get him to change the end of season rankings, nice try.

Zimmerman caught a few people in his headlock so he is a wild card. I don't think he wrestled Paulus, but at the Granite City holliday tourney he did catch and pin Derrick Young of Triad. What happens to these headlock guys when they can't hit their favorite move? They better learn to be well-rounded wrestlers if they want to win big time matches. I know of at least two others who could work on their all around skill and stop relying on one move. Let's just say there is one from CM and another from Edwardsville. ;)

Mckinstry at 215 is from Pinckneyville not Johnston City.

I admit you can argue for Zimmerman; however, I see at least one flaw in your argument. First of all, Zimmerman wrestled 215 against Edwardsville. Secondly, He couldn't of wrestle Watson because Watson didn't get release to wrestle until after the Granite City Tournament.

3. Jake Constant (Lanphier)
4. Lance Fister (Edwardsville)
5. Casey Colp (Herrin)
6. Gary Walliser (Granite City)
i think Gary Walliser should be ranked 4th, Lance 5th, and Casey 6th....because, at the Chatham Sectional Gary barely got beat by Constant (5-4, came down to the last second escape) And it wasnt as close between Fister and Constant...and then another reason, was because Walliser ended up finishing 3rd.

Fister didn't exactly have a great sectional performance. If you were around the metro east area all season you would have seen a better Fister. I know you're up in Jacksonville so sectionals is probably the only time you saw him.

well if he wrestles 160 next year, i could quite possibly see him at sectionals......160 next year is looking to be a pretty tough weight class, especially in our sectionals.

Fister is a junior. I admit he didn't have a great sectional, but I looked at his overall body of work. Actually, he has a 2-1 record against Walliser.

I think 160 will even out next year. I actually see one or two wrestling 171 next year. I do look for improvement by Ercoline. Honestly, he should of beat Prause at sectionals. Prause really didn't impress me at sectionals.

Well so far, there is me, Sam Danna (Chatham), Jake Constant, maybe Walliser, Fister...and that is just at our sectionals.
