Greenlantern - I am sorry that I did not see your message until this morning. The work out is going to be time consuming but worth it! Start a timer running and that will be a continous clock - Do 1 pull up within the first 1 minute of the clock, let the clock continue to run and when it goes onto the second minute do 2 pull-ups, the clock still runs and when it reaches three minutes do 3 pull-ups.... continue with the clock running and do the number of pull-ups that coinsides with the minute of the clock that you are running.
