Greenlantern - I am sorry that I did not see your message until this morning. The work out is going to be time consuming but worth it! Start a timer running and that will be a continous clock - Do 1 pull up within the first 1 minute of the clock, then when the clock goes onto the 2nd minute do 2 pull-ups, when the clock enters the third minute do 3 pull-up.... Continue doing the number of pull-ups that are represented by the minutes on the clock until you cannot complete the pull-ups within the 60 seconds.

Thank you for being so supportive of our camp. Response has been very slow and I appreciate your helping us. It's a shame, as the clinicians coming are the best and won't normally come out this way, and for a very reasonably priced camp too!
