Sure it's correct in it's principle, at least the way I view it, the total redistribution of wealth, of course isn't that the principle?
The 3rd, 4th, 5th world countries and archipelagoes scattered across the globe will receive buku credits because they have nothing, and will be able to sell those same credits for unimaginable sums of money to the big industrial businesses/countries that need them, in turn charging/taxing us, the consumer more money just so these *#@@*//?! politicians can stay elected and feel good about themselves.
Anybody up for a revolution?

"A little revolution is good every once in awhile", but I forget the famous guy who said it.
Consider yourself signed up!
Well if you saw the latest puke coming out of Chavez's mouth, he thinks it's time for it to go

The problem with carbon tax, is it doesn't even solve the problem the alarmist complain of. If you have enough money, than you can simply pay your way out of non-polluting. So rich people like algore can by carbon credits, and feel they are doing the noble thing, even though they don't change their lifestyle one bit, or companies can raise their prices to offset the tax. Not to mention the fact that not all countries, China in particular, won't be following the same rules, so we in turn will be subsidizing their industry.

One thing about the carbon tax is, basically it d=says carbon dioxide is a pollutant. That means every time we exhale we are polluting the planet. Isn't that one of the silliest things you have ever heard.
If you want to get involved, look for a 9-12 project in your area. It is grass roots and probably what we need. The people are not being listened to. You canfind info at glennbeck.com I believe.

I foun out taht human's re not the biggest contributers of green house gasses. It is actually cows. They produce 250-500 pounds of methane, per cow per year. There are over 1 billions cows in the world. Hello cheezeburgers, and hello vegetarians!

The greatest Atmospheric Greenhouse gas is water vapor. 96% v. 4% carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Good luck doing away with water vapor.
