doubt it. Send an email here info@usawrestling.org maybe and see if you can print out something to show proof.

If you sent paperwork to USA Wrestling, do as Bear - Hug suggested. If you mailed it through IKWF office, contact them and see if they have assigned you a number yet.

My husband spoke with the Director of this tournament and they do want the cards presented. We were hoping they would accept the USA card for Folkstyle as well and it has to be AAU. We aren't paying for a separate card for 1 tournament, so we won't be going. He did say this would change in the future. Sounds like a great tournament.

AAU cards are used all summer for local tournaments, for the $10-12 it's worth it to have and you just print it off when your done paying. USA cards are only used for FR/GR and National tournaments.

So for summer tournaments, we have to have the AAU card? The card used for IKWF won't work?

The AAU card is for a series of post season tourney's. Most of the tourney's will only require the USA card. I believe the folk style tourney is the only one which you will need the AAU card for at Antioch. The FS/GR tourney's will require the USA card. There is a folk style tourney in Mundelein on Sunday also...no AAU card required.

Thanks. We just decided to send him with his club to the Perry Meridian Open in Indiana. We were trying to stay in Illinois as we went to this tournament last year and wasn't impressed. It was midnite before he had wrestled his 1st match. Didn't want a repeat this year.

You need the number for the weigh-in card. So if you can remember it great, but if not at least write down the number or bring it with.
