Herbert on Stern this morning...

I didn't get to listen to the whole interview but, Jake Herbert was on Howard Stern this morning. Stern interviewed him for Jake yelling out "Bababooie!" during the opening ceremonies and it was caught by an open mic. Howard invited him to come in the studio after the Olympic Games. Apparently the freestyle team is training in Minsk before heading back to London for weigh-ins and competition.

From what I heard it was your average Howard interview. There was a stupid comment about the original games being performed in the nude and a story about Jake crapping his pants right before stepping on the mat while he was at NU. But, the King of All Media did give our sport its props for arguably being the toughest one out there.

Any press is good press and Jake has the charisma to be a good ambasador of the sport no matter what the venue is.
