Who's the best ref?

Our team had a great ref on Friday night. Jeff (former/current? coach of Lemont Bears) did a fantastic job at our dual. Stalling cautions in 1st period, always had a good angle/postion on edge of mat calls, forced action, made the top guy work, down for counts/falls, explained calls when disputed, talked to the kids.... just a great job!!!

It's not often the refs get their due, but this guy did a great job. I truly feel more refs should force the action as he did.

So who do you think calls a great match?

my name is Larry and completly agree, i try to make some of meets to wah him ref, he is one the best, could of used you at wheaton on saturday!!!

There was this female ref named Barb Brummett - Missouri certified. Called the Mt Carmel/Granite City dual. Kick-butt job by the lady. All calls were precise and clearly stated. No one had a problem with any call she made. Right on top of the action.

No wonder she's done the last two individual state finals in Mizzou.
