Weights for sunday...
this is prolly the last time we will see some of illinois wrestlers this big for the rest of the year before the cutting starts..... im thinking this tournament is just to get kids hungry for the season..and actually wanting to start cutting weight....

i weigh 155 ad am gana go 135 for season but, im not cutting weight for this...

should be a lot of good wrestlers here getting a last off season tune up. When people come back from this some results would be nice

well first im gana loose about 5 pounds in the first week just by working out, then the second week il loose about another 5 just from starting to eat right, then the 3rd week il loose about 5 from water weight then 5 from not eating at all...to be real thats what most/all wrestlers do. is they dont eat...thats 2 pounds for me right there no harm done

im just telling the truth of most wrestlers, we cut...HARD and Fast....PERIOD

I wouldn't say most wrestlers cut Hard and Fast.... only the ones that do not know any better and think that cutting that way is the best and most efficent.
