You posted an interesting question and I think the answers would be equally interesting. I can't answer the question because I don't have the facts and I won't speculate.

It really does seem childish when someone says crap about a kid or speculates what someone else's reasons are for something or that they would have done better in a different school or program. It is especially childish when those persons do not openly state who they are either through their email or by their posts. Just about any school that has been around for a while has a rich athletic history, but that shouldn't be the reason for attending the school.

If someone knows the answers to the original question, please post them.
