I have to agree with you. I actually had the opportunity to talk to the young man this past summer at a freestyle tournament and you couldn't have met a more mature young man. Very humble. Class Act and in my opinion great for the state for wrestling. I am very excited that I had the opportunity to meet someone like Bobby and he knows I will be cheering him on this whole season!!

Going undefeated with all blowouts is a special moment in time. Recent wrestlers that have tried and not succeeded include Futrell, Spangler, Ramos, Chase, Morrison, Polz, Precin, Kennedy, Starzyk, Benefiel, and Blanton. They were all on cruise control until state. And then that wrestler called "sleeper" showed up.

John Starzyk's junior year at 119lbs was as close to blowing everyone out as I have seen. He was not as tough his senior year.

I seem to remember he had to come from behind in the MC - Providence and some other team ...I want to say Batavia....it was 12-28-2005...but he was sick that day and got taken down twice, once to his back....but came back to win by pin....against Chris Rud (what school is he from?) I believe was his name...I think he was sleep and they woke him up like 5 minutes before the match....I remember it because he looked dead...he had bumped up to 125 that day and it was the same day my son sat out the PC match vs Hutter - coaches move that peed everyone off....still it was not a blowout for Starzyk
