Grayslake Preseason Wrestling Tournament 11/21/10

Grayslake North High School will be hosting a pre-season youth wrestling event on 11/21/2010.

The timing is great to get a few matches in (before the regular season begins). Last year, we had approx 150 kids for our 1st tourney. We are hoping to build on that number this year.

This tournament will take place prior to the beginning of the IKWF and IESA seasons. Participation in this tournament will not affect your IESA eligibility, or count toward your IESA match totals for this season.

Weigh-Ins: 7–8:00 AM. Tournament to follow after bracketing
Divisions: 8 & U, 9 & 10, 11 & 12, 13 & 14 (no high school wrestlers)
Cost: $15.00 pre-registered (by Nov. 15th) or $18.00 at the door
Rules: 4-man round robin brackets. All efforts will be made to get each wrestler 3 matches.
Match Length: 10 & under: 1, 1, 1. 11 & up: 1, 1 ½, 1 ½.

Entry in this tournament will be limited to the first 300 wrestlers.
