Chertow Camp Near Chicago

USA Olympian Ken Chertow will conduct his Weekend Warrior Camp in Wisconsin. Camp will be held at Southern Lakes Wrestling Facility November 12 - 14. Single session to multiple day options are available.

We will also conduct camp in IA at West Delaware High School.

Weekend Warrior Camps are a great supplement to our summer camp. These unique 2-3 day weekend camps are an awesome opportunity to receive the personalized instruction, intense training, and timely motivation necessary to reach your highest goals.

Weekend Warrior Camps consist of 4 primary elements:
Technique Instruction – In a wide variety of important areas.
Intense Drilling – To perfect your set-ups, timing, and combinations.
Live Wrestling – Champions making Champions.
Sports Science – Discussions covering mental preparation, nutrition, strength training, goal setting, earning a college scholarship and more.

If you were a summer 2010 camper you can attend for a discounted price.

Camp is open to wrestlers of all ages. We offer substantial group discounts beginning with as few as 4 wrestlers.

We will also have our annual Winter Break Training Camp again this year December 26 – 31. Camp will be conducted at the Crowne Plaza Convention Center in Philadelphia, PA. Free, safe transportation will be provided from Philadelphia International Airport or the local bus station.
