Illinois Matmen Announces Expanded High School Wrestling Coverage

Illinois Matmen has teamed up with long time prep sports writers Gary Larsen and Curt Herron to take our high school wrestling coverage to the next level. We will be covering several regular season duals and tournaments this season as well as the individual and dual team state series.

For a nominal fee, Matmen will guarantee between 8-10 stories on your team throughout the season. Many of the stories will also include photos.

With this being our first year and only having a limited number of reporters in certain geographic areas, we can only cover so many teams. Based on some initial emails, we already have commitments from the following schools.

Downers Grove North, Glenbard North, Lincoln-Way Central, Lockport, Lyons Township, Marist, Marmion, Minooka, Montini, Naperville Central, Neuqua Valley, OPRF, and Plainfield Central
