Nice music. I like the Dropkick Murphy's in there. I used that song in the highlight video I made for the football team this year.
All in all, great job J.D.

Lincoln?
I had never heard that Abraham Lincoln was a wrestler. Was he or did he just have respect for those that did/do?

Lincoln was basically a guy who "wrestled" in fields and open spaces on the farms. This was the pre-catch days, so who knows what they were doing. The old NWA used to claim lineage to it's title belt back to him. Obviously that's not true. I found the quote in a book that I bought when I was a teenager. I committed that phrase to memory, I really like it.

This is very good. I dont know what all the hand ringing about MMA was all about.
Anyway Abe did wrestle...and he was sucessful...but he was in the "old single A" which was really weak back then. I dont think he would have placed in AA! |

Yes, Honest Abe wrestled. Theodore Roosevelt held the sport in the highest esteem of all Presidents.
Abraham Lincoln's famous match vs Jack Armstrong. Many versions. http://rogerjnorton.com/Lincoln48.html Lauden

JD, I loved the poster...I would probably buy the one of Bennefield and White if they were for sale.
