Any wrestler who would like to be considered for a dual team spot at the Greater Heights Dual Team Championships held on Sunday, Dec. 11th should contact me with your wrestler's name and the weight class or classes that he is available to compete at along with any past wrestling accomplishments. Typically there are teams looking to fill open roster spots in their lineups especially wrestlers in middle to upper weights (i.e. 115lb.-Hwt range). What I have done year after year and what I continue to do is to try and place as many individual wrestlers on teams as possible that wish to be a part of the dual experience. There are some coaches already looking to fill open spots and also to add additional wrestlers to their team to allow for more flexibility in moving wrestlers around or giving a wrestler a match or two off. All dual teams are guaranteed at least 5 duals. The teams committed again this year are bringing many of the nation's top level kids so please be ready for that type of competition if you are seeking to be placed on a dual team.

I will start a waiting list of individual wrestlers who want to be placed on a team and then fill those requests from that list. Again, there are always teams scrambling for kids at the last minute due to illness, injury and just not finding someone for that particular weight. Typically these requests come this weekend and early next week so if you want to be at the top of the waiting list then please contact me earlier rather than later. Next week I will start listing specific weights to be filled as the tentative rosters begin to filter in. I will also post and announce any weight classes that still remain open and need to be filled at the Park Hill Kids Split Session Tournament on Saturday, Dec. 10th.

If you have any questions I am available by phone or email. Last year there were 12 dual teams with wrestlers representing 7 different states.
