Weakest weight class?

After seeing the newest rankings, what weight class is the weakest in the state? My money is on 170, I haven't seen such a weak weight class in a long time. Although a Robertson v Residori final will be good.

It will always be either 106 or Hwt. Just because of the lack of numbers. It will never be 145-170, merely because of the population of the weight class.
I.e.
Weakest part of the state - South - Least populated
Strongest - Chicago - Most populated

The only reason 2a can enter the discussion of toughest class is private schools. Otherwise it's 3a by a mile. The reason, more competitors.

Kind of a low blow on a HS kid. Feel better about yourself?

No need to bash on individual wrestlers here, just an entire weight class in general. And 106 and HWT have way more competition that 170, I'm just so shocked at how bare and non competitive 170 is. It's almost embarrassing for the state.

Rob Bain was a state champion in middle school just missed state as a freshman then was 1 point away from medaling in state as a sophomore and got injured his junior year he has every right to contend for state his senior year the top 2 guys at heavyweight (buss and allen) are both returning state 3rd place winners so hw is actually a really tough class this year

i heard anaya is down at 160 now so did it even get worse? i guess he wants a tougher path. maybe they shouldn't even give medals out at 170.

don't single out a kid when you can single out a dozen or so all at once. more efficient that way!

While Howell is no longer at Heavyweight, he is not cutting. He weighed around 205 last year and wrestled Heavyweight; weighs a little more this year but Marist has a a heavyweight so Howell doesn't have to wrestle there.
