Impromtu Friedl Brothers Clinic

This Thursday night, March 28th, my brother Ben Friedl and myself will be working out at the Franklin Loebe Center in Orland Park at 6pm. Our workout is in preparation for the Olympic Trials Qualifying tournament in Cedar Falls, IA on Saturday. The session will consist of a short workout, between 30-45 minutes of drilling, with a little bit of live or mock live wrestling. Followed by about an hour of Q&A from the parents and/or wrestlers in attendance.

We spent much of our winters in that room growing up and it seems fitting that our first post collegiate competition be preempted with one last workout in our old wrestling room. The room is rather small, if you've been there you know already so it would be important to get there early for a good spot.

We're not promising anything crazy. Just a good workout and a short clinic afterwords. I would imagine with freestyle season on the horizon that anyone interested in getting their foot in the door freestyle-wise, show up with any questions you might have.

Completely free of charge. The workout will most definitely be in the wrestling room. But we have a gym floor if necessary for the clinic.
