Does anyone know the exact date of the Jon Davis Open this winter?

It is always the Sunday of MLK weekend making it January 20, 2013.

Kids Open January 20th 2013 @ Springfield Capital Convention Center. Weigh-ins are always the day before.

Was hoping they would move the location. Much preferred Peoria. Closer and better venue for a good view of all mats.

Thank you for the info. We are putting together a tournament in central Illinois this winter and wanted to make sure we knew what weekend that particular tournament was on before we made plans.

I think this is one event, we will see a influx of IESA kids. Just curious what division most of them will wrestle in.

And being in a IESA district, this rule has created a lot of headaches for me.
But was a nice change.
