Pre-Season Technique and Training Sessions

Training provided by NIU wrestling coaches and current wrestlers

MISSION:Providing technique and training sessions focusing on Folkstyle. Wrestling sessions will include college level techniques, structured drilling, competitive live wrestling and conditioning. Wrestlers will have the opportunity to compete at local, in-state, and national tournaments / dual meets as a team. Improve your wrestling skills with techniques and strategies proven to work at wrestling's highest levels. Come and make your goals a reality with

TRAINING SITE:
Place: Northern Illinois University Wrestling Room in Huskie Stadium(west side)
Dates: Thursday’s & Sunday’s September 17th – November 2nd, 2006
Times: Thursday’s 6:00-7:30 pm / Sunday’s 3:00-4:30pm
Who: Open to wrestlers 3rd grade and above. All 9th–12th grade wrestlers must live with-in 50 miles
Cost: $150.00 for all 14 sessions / $100.00 for 7 sessions- $25.00 discount for all wrestlers that attended any 2006 NIU wrestling camp. **Also included is club t-shirt and a tournament entry fee

All wrestlers must have a current USA wrestling card-you may purchase for $35
