GO EARN IT Wrestling Apparel High School Rankings 11/21/18

First a note from the admin:

Illinois Matmen is funded primarily through advertising revenue and donations from the Illinois wrestling community. Most people probably don’t realize how much it costs to run a site like Illinois Matmen with the amount of content we produce and the amount of traffic we get. Every article you see costs money, every highlight video costs money to have someone shoot and then edit the video, every live broadcast costs money for the talent, travel, and equipment, the rankings cost money, hosting the site costs hundreds of dollars each month, not to mention the hundreds upon hundreds of hours it takes to post content and results and monitor the forum.

Welcome to the 2018-19 high school wrestling season on Illinois Matmen! Tonight, we are releasing our first set of “way too early” Illinois Matmen Premier High School State Rankings brought to you by GO EARN IT Wrestling Apparel.

Since very little action has taken place and weights are still being determined, we are only releasing Top 5 (2A/3A) and Top 6 (1A) individual rankings this week. We are not including 106-pound rankings on the 2A/3A side this week since so many newcomers factor into that weight class.

We will release our first full set of rankings next week after more wrestling has occurred.

The more information we receive, the more accurate the rankings will be.
