      • Georgia Ballot Harvester Turns State’s Evidence … Blows 2020 Election Wide Open

Grab yourself a bucket of popcorn, a cold beer, and sit back and enjoy the ride.

17 Comments / Uncategorized / By Mark Sidney

Back in September, John Fredericks appeared on The War Room with Steve Bannon and he told Bannon that there were hundreds of illegal ballot harvesters that were used in the 2020 election.

Ballot harvesting is illegal in Georgia and True The Vote has a video of hundreds of harvesters dumping backpacks full of votes into the boxes paid for by Mark Zuckerberg. Georgia isn’t alone. True The Vote claims they have evidence the same thing was done in other swing states.

True The Vote has now turned over the name of the ballot harvester who is talking and he says that he was paid thousands of dollars to harvest votes in the Atlanta area. They have also given the corrupt Brad Raffensperger a copy of the videos of ballots being dumped by the knapsack full.

In all, they have videos of 240 people who made trips to several boxes to dump votes. We don’t know exactly what evidence the whistleblower has turned over to Raffensperger, but he will not be able to cover it up like he has done so much of in the past because True The Vote has it all.

Just the News reported on this latest development.

Raffensperger’s office received a detailed complaint from conservative voter integrity group True the Vote on Nov. 30 saying it had assembled evidence that scores of activists worked with nonprofit groups to collect and deliver thousands of absentee ballots, often during wee-hour operations, to temporary voting drop boxes distributed around the state during the pandemic.
See also DISBAR HIM! Rittenhouse Prosecutor Becomes UNHINGED, Makes Statement That Has People Baffled
The group informed the secretary its evidence included video footage from surveillance cameras placed by counties outside the drop boxes as well as geolocation data for the cell phones of more than 200 activists seen on the tapes purportedly showing the dates and times of ballot drop-offs, according to documents reviewed by Just the News.

The group also said it interviewed a Georgia man who admitted he was paid thousands of dollars to harvest ballots in the Atlanta metropolitan area during the November election and the lead-up to Jan. 5, 2021 runoff for Georgia’s two U.S. Senate seats, which were both captured by Democrats and ended GOP control of Congress. The group has yet to identify the cooperating witness to state authorities, referring to him in the complaint simply as John Doe.

The group does not allege the ballots delivered by couriers were fraudulent. Nonetheless, lawful ballots delivered by third-parties to drop boxes would run afoul of Georgia’s law.

The witness said that the ballot harvesting was done during the November 3rd election and during the runoffs as well. This could affect the Senate elections as well.

Perdue barely missed getting 50% in the general election and this could have cost him his seat.

              • Fulton County Tabulator Time-Machine

                By
                Kevin Moncla
                -
                January 12, 2022

Once again, Fulton County has embarrassed its citizens while maddening the country. The deeper we look, the more confirmation we receive that what happened in Fulton County was not just “sloppy,” nor was it well-intentioned workers simply out of steam. This was not coordinated chaos, but chaos that seems coordinated. The destroyed ballot images, the hand-count audit disaster, temp-workers, and Dominion staffing at a premium usually reserved for the “champagne room,” missing drop-box ballot transfer forms, etc. It’s almost as if they tried.

We submitted an open records request to Fulton County for the November 03 general election poll tapes. We also specifically requested the poll tapes from early voting, which began on October 12 and ended on October 30.

What is a poll tape, you ask? A poll tape is like a close-out tape for a cash register or a bank teller’s drawer except for a voting machine. The poll manager prints the tape when the polls open after confirming there no ballots are in the machine. This is called a “zero-tape.” When the polls close, the poll manager prints another tape that list the location, date, time when the poll opened, and when the poll closed. Then it also lists the total number of votes and the totals for each candidate in every race. At the bottom of the poll tape, the poll manager and witnesses sign the poll tape to affirm the tape is accurate and that the poll was properly closed.

After some back and forth with Fulton County, we finally received the poll tapes (We did not receive the zero-tapes. Fulton County quoted a price of $1,500), which confirmed what we suspected. Most early voting machines remained open from the beginning of early voting until the end of Election Day in contravention to the stated process of closing the early machines three days prior to Election Day. The reason this matters is because early voting polls were opened on one tabulating machine, used for early voting until October 30, then the card was removed and placed in a different tabulator on Election Day, which was then closed under a different person’s watch. In fact, this botched process of closing out the poll tapes was done at Fulton County’s English Street warehouse by a “system specialist” out of public view—again, in violation of the official process that requires witnesses and signatures.

This scenario is simply unacceptable, but what’s worse is the poll tapes from early voting that we received are all unsigned, except for 3! Examples below:
                Unsigned Poll Tapes
This process would not be acceptable in a bank, at your grocery store, or at your business and certainly not for a contested election of national significance.

If that wasn’t bad enough, we have poll tapes from different early voting locations whose POLLS WERE CLOSED ON THE SAME TABULATOR- AT THE SAME TIME!
                Overlapping Poll Tapes
The standard process is to take the card from the early voting location, put it into the tabulator, select the option to “close the poll,” and when it’s complete, select “print tape.” Every poll is required to print three copies of each poll tape. In the instance shown above, we have one poll being closed and printed on a tabulator while another poll location is being closed and printed simultaneously on the same tabulator (the tabulator ID is assignable by the user, but not the serial number). A simply impossible feat. Not just once, either. Here are more examples of the same:
Overlapping Poll Closing Overlapping Poll Closing
We asked the Elections Director of Cobb County, Ms. Janine Eveler, to offer a plausible explanation. Her response:

Sorry, I don’t know that one.

When I asked Fulton County, I was told they would ask “Dominic.” Interestingly, Dominic Olomo was a Dominion Voting Systems employee who worked in Fulton County for the 2020 election. We found out the same Dominic Olomo now works for Fulton County as the Department of Registration and Elections information system manager.

If Fulton County can’t explain what happened with these poll tapes, how can we have any faith in Fulton’s results in the November 03, 2020 election?

We even have a poll tape that was opened as expected on October 12, 2020, but closed on December 05, 2019!
                2019 Poll Tape
Right now, the only explanation is that Fulton County voting machines are capable of time travel.

                More to come soon.

                • We All Know It’s True: 58% of Voters Now Believe Cheating was Likely in 2020 Election — Up from 54%

More bad news for the senile and crazy Biden regime.

58% of voters now believe cheating was likely in the 2020 presidential election.

This number is UP 4 points since the last Rasmussen poll.

70% of voters believe mail-in voting leads to more cheating.

                  And 76% support voter ID.
                  Democrats want this eliminated.

Everything Democrats are proposing in their “voting rights bill” is to enable them to steal and cheat. Everything. Nothing they are proposing helps the people — only the criminals.

Author’s note: Wait until the end of the week to see this number grow!

                  • GEORGIA’S LARGEST COUNTIES ADMIT THEY DELETED CRUCIAL VIDEO EVIDENCE AHEAD OF BALLOT HARVESTING INVESTIGATION

by Laura Ramirez January 10, 2022

Georgia’s largest counties admitted last week they no longer possess crucial video camera surveillance footage which monitored drop boxes during the 2020 presidential election. The surveillance footage would have been substantial evidence as Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger launches an investigation into illegal ballot harvesting.

“We took direction from the Secretary of State and State Election Board, assuming they were not implementing a Rule contrary to law,” Cobb County elections office told Just the News, admitting to discarding video footage from 2020.

Fulton County, which contains Atlanta and the Georiga’s largest voting metropolis, also acknowledged deleting election files.

“I was informed that the videos were only required to be kept for 30 days post-election,” spokeswoman Regina Waller said.

However, Dekalb County, a Democratic stronghold, claimed they may still have video footage that could be made available through an open records request.

True the Vote, an election integrity group, initially informed SOS Raffensperger that multiple counties no longer have video footage. It also asked for an investigation to determine whether these counties violated the Civil Rights Act of 1960 or state requirements which requires election footage to be preserved for at least 30 days or until election challenges have been resolved.

The group claims those counties violated legal requirements since the footage was missing as elections disputes took place in court earlier this year.

The missing surveillance footage was crucial evidence as Georgia officials begin to investigate organized ballot harvesting in the 2020 elections.

The probe comes after True the Vote told Raffensperger they bear evidence of illegally harvesting thousands of absentee ballots in Atlanta.

A memo from the office of Georgia governor Brian Kemp released in December further revealed 36 inconsistencies in Fulton County 2020 audit report

                    Comment

                    • EVEN THE AUDIT WAS A FRAUD!

GEORGIA GOVERNOR RELEASES MEMO CONFIRMING CITIZEN’S 36 INCONSISTENCIES IN FULTON COUNTY AUDIT

by Summer Lane December 3, 2021

The Georgia presidential election hand recount, also known as the Fulton County “audit,” has been identified in a new memo to the State Election Board from Governor Brian Kemp’s office as having serious issues, according to a report from the Gateway Pundit.

The 2020 presidential election, which has been fraught with staggering allegations of voter fraud and irregularities from Maricopa County, Ariz., to Racine, Wis., has resulted in a series of investigations and audits across the country. The 2020 Risk-Limiting Audit (RLA) Report conducted in Georgia was one of those many audits.

The memo from the governor’s office states that Dr. Joseph Rossi, a retired executive from Houston County, Ga., contacted the office of Gov. Kemp regarding irregularities found within the RLA report results. Mr. Rossi apparently conducted an analysis of the 2020 audit report in Fulton County and identified 36 inconsistencies with it.

Gov. Kemp’s memo states, “The 36 inconsistencies noted by Mr. Rossi are factual in nature, pose no underlying theories outside of the reported data, and could not be explained by my office after a thorough review detailed below. The purpose of this letter is to convey these inconsistencies to the Board and request them to be explained or corrected.”

Additionally, it is important to note that Joseph Rossi conducted this analysis of the Georgia hand recount along with attorney Jack James, both of whom volunteered to review the audit process without promise of compensation. “Their dedication to this immense task is commendable,” the memo continued.
In November, the director of the Fulton County Registration and Elections resigned amid allegations of rampant fraud and irregularities
At the request of Mr. Rossi, Gov. Brian Kemp is requesting that the State Election Board examine the inconsistencies within the recount process, which analyzed thousands of ballot images, audit data, and audit tally sheets.

In fact, Kemp’s office states that they also repeated the research that Mr. Rossi conducted on each of his claims, weighing it against the RLA-collected data. “The process is extensive…” the memo goes on to say. “Based on that analysis, as evidenced in the attached report, I believe a referral to the Board is warranted.”

Gov. Brian Kemp certified the results of the 2020 presidential election in the state of Georgia despite complaints and reports of voter fraud and irregularities throughout various counties. Fulton County has been particularly plagued by reports of fraud, ranging from election workers caught shredding voter applications to the dubious “chain of custody” requirements for ballots in the state.

In November, the director of the Fulton County Registration and Elections submitted his registration in response to the entire debacle. Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger then requested that the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) kick-start an investigation into Fulton County’s election management.

It looks as if Gov. Kemp is beginning to question his decision to certify the 2020 presidential election results, despite the fact that his memo states that he does not “dispute or contest the outcome of the 2020 election, but rather [intends] to highlight apparent inconsistencies discovered in the RLA Report data.”

It begs the question, however: if the audit report itself is plagued with irregularities, how much less secure was the presidential election? It’s a question that should rightfully have Georgia voters and all Americans scratching their heads.

                      • Trump Supporters Swarm Pennsylvania GOP Senate, Gubernatorial Debate
The former president’s base holds fast.

                        by JEFFREY LORD
                        January 17, 2022, 11:59 PM
Former President Donald Trump’s video greeting to Lawrence Country Republicans

                        The event?

The Lawrence County Republican Party of Pennsylvania holding not one but two debates last week. The first for candidates running for an open U.S. Senate seat, the second for GOP candidates for governor of Pennsylvania, the latter an open seat as well in 2022.

Lawrence County, for the non-Pennsylvanians out there, is in southwestern Pennsylvania, west of Pittsburgh and on the Ohio border.

County Republican Chair Lynne Ryan and her team pulled together a considerable event in the huge and decidedly historic and classic Scottish Rite Cathedral. Full disclosure, I was drafted as the moderator of both debates, with the Senate debate up first, followed by the gubernatorial debate.

All the candidates in both debates performed well. There were no glitches, mistakes, or verbal miscues. In fact, with the GOP primary in May, these races have only just begun. There is a long way to go in races that involve a big state with candidates now going about the relentless work of getting themselves and their policy positions known to voters.

But there was one standout factor at play that night, it seemed to me: former President Donald Trump. Chairman Ryan had asked if it were possible to get a 2-3 minute video greeting from the president as a surprise for the audience. I put in her request. Lo and behold, the night before the debates, as we were doing a “walk through” on stage, into my email came a link to a new video from the president that he had done specifically for the event. Here it is, and yes, full disclosure, he gives an opening shout-out to both Lynne Ryan and myself.

What was striking politically was the response the night of the debate both to the video — huge applause and cheers — and the clearly passionate support for Trump that was evident throughout the night.

For example, along with my own questions for the candidates, I was happy to take questions offered by audience members. In the break between the two debates, I took my own break and returned to find a note on my desk placed there by an unknown audience member. The question was scribbled out in pencil for the governor candidates and went like this:
                        Audit the Vote PA

Would like to ask the Governor candidates if they believe that Joe Biden is the legitimate winner of the state of Pennsylvania in the 2020 elections?

Then, underneath, was this, heavily underlined:
                        Yes or No only!

I repeated the question verbatim to the candidates for governor. All of the candidates, being candidates, expressed at length their concerns about the integrity of Pennsylvania elections, touching on examples that have been featured in this space from the past, which I also used in asking my own question on this subject. When one candidate shouted a loud “No!” to the question of whether Biden was a legitimate president, the auditorium erupted in thunderous applause and shouts of approval.

This brings me to the former president’s oft-repeated charge that the election was stolen, something his opponents sneer at as “the Big Lie.” But, in fact, though his detractors in the media don’t like it, the issue of election integrity in Pennsylvania has to be asked. Why? Because Pennsylvania has a serious history of voter fraud in past elections. Certainly in the case of Pennsylvania, calling questions about the integrity of the 2020 election “the Big Lie” is itself what might be called “the Really Big Lie.”

Case in point? Veteran journalist Mollie Hemingway of the Federalist has an outstanding new book out titled, memorably, Rigged: How the Media, Big Tech and the Democrats Seized Our Elections. Mollie, as always thoroughly doing her homework, documents in detail what the book jacket observes was the “heavy-handed meddling in an election by the most powerful institutions in the country.”

What specifically caught my attention was her extraordinary and detailed look at just what did happen in my home state of Pennsylvania in 2020. And while Trump enemies in and out of the media prattle on about his charges of a stolen election being “baseless,” Mollie puts the lie to the “Big Lie” and illustrates exactly why so many Americans other than Trump — in this case, those Pennsylvanians in that debate audience last week — believe there were serious problems with the 2020 election.

Whether it was making changes “to expand mail-in balloting,” the realization of the need for lawsuits, Democrats blocking Pennsylvania Republicans from viewing the counting of ballots, the huge Trump lead on election night, the over $21 million pumped into Pennsylvania by the far-left Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Technology and Civic Life, with some of that used to set up unmanned drop boxes for ballots that led to the illegal practice of “ballot harvesting” — there was one problem after another in Pennsylvania in 2020.

That also included accepting ballots that should have been rejected for “failure to conform to the anti-fraud provisions” of state election law or the Democrat-run Pennsylvania State Supreme Court allowing “improper votes to be counted,” and also a double-standard in following election law in one part of the state while another part of the state was allowed not to follow the same law.

In that last case of a double standard, Mollie writes:
Back in November (of 2020), Republican candidates and attorneys began to realize that disparate interpretation of Pennsylvania election law and lower standards for mail-in balloting relative to in-person voting were benefiting Democratic candidates in significant ways.

Mollie quotes the Trump general counsel, Matt Morgan, as saying:
“Voters in Pennsylvania were held to different standards simply based on how they chose to cast their ballot” which created a “two-tiered election system (that) resulted in potentially fraudulent votes being counted without proper verification or oversight.”

And let’s not leave out that Pennsylvania is a state where ballots could not be opened until Election Day — but Democrats did just that.

All of this and oh so much more — notably Pennsylvania’s past history of stolen elections or attempts to steal them (as I have documented here) — speaks volumes as to why the idea that Joe Biden is not the legitimate president received such huge applause at the Lawrence County GOP debate.

It is a tribute to Trump and his voters in both Pennsylvania and now Arizona, as was seen this past Saturday night at his rally in Florence, Arizona, that his “base” is going exactly nowhere.

                        Nor should they.

                        • Biden's performance just keeps getting weirder and weirder as time goes on. I wonder just how low his approval ratings can get, yet he still thinks he's going to run for re-election in 2024. I hope he does.

                          • Bombshell Evidence, Throws 2020 Into Question

                            Mark Sidney

In your editorial “The Election for Pennsylvania’s High Court” (Oct. 25), you state the fact that a court wrongly said mail-in ballots could be counted after Election Day. “This didn’t matter,” you add, “because Mr. Biden took the state by 80,555, but the country is lucky the election wasn’t closer. If the election had hung on a few thousand Pennsylvanians, the next President might have been picked by the U.S. Supreme Court.”…

…“Actually, the election was rigged, which you, unfortunately, still haven’t figured out. Here are just a few examples of how determinative the voter fraud in Pennsylvania was:

                            * 71,893 mail-in ballots were returned after Nov. 3, 2020, at 8 p.m… None of these should have been counted according to the U.S. Constitution
                            * 10,515 mail-in votes from people who do not exist on the Pennsylvania voter rolls at all.
                            * 20,000 excess voters not yet accounted for by the Pennsylvania Department of State—far more votes than voters!
                            * Hundreds of thousands of votes unlawfully counted in secret… while GOP poll watchers thrown out
                            * 39,771 people voted who registered after the Oct 19 deadline

On election night, President Trump led by a commanding 785,000 votes. Imagining Biden coming back from that legitimately stretches the imagination.

It can't get too much lower, 30% will back him even if it cost them their lives. Biden's approval rating is below 50% in all but 4 states. The rats are starting to jump off the ship. 28 House Democrats have already announced that they will not seek reelection...also 3 RINO'S are calling it quits. I just heard today the the North Las Vegas Mayor is switching parties...almost every day there is a new defector or Democrat drop out. 2022 will be apocalyptic for the Democrat party.. 2024 is too far away to make predictions...the events and issues that will decide the election have not happened yet. Biden could pivot to the right following the 2022 blood bath like Clinton did.

                              • BREAKING: Voter GA Confirms Over 100,000 Ballots in Georgia 2020 Election Missing Valid Chain of Custody Documentation, Additionally Drop Box Videos Have Been Destroyed

Voter GA held a press conference today at 10 am Eastern. During the conference, the VoterGA team released two bombshells that prove the 2020 Election in the state should never have been certified.

The first item involves the chain of custody documentation gathered and maintained during the 2020 Election. All ballots are to be accounted for with proper custody activities performed and documented. Documentation should be available for all ballots that come in the door. (Remember, Biden was given the state by only a 12,000 vote margin.)

We have noted this for months in Georgia and now VoterGA provided proof that this is the case. We first reported a year ago that over 400,000 ballots in Georgia don’t have the proper evidence (chain of custody documentation) to show that the ballots entered the election process legitimately.
