Statement Concerning Texas GOP Convention Resolution on 2020 Election

This Saturday, the nearly 5,000 Texas GOP Convention delegates in attendance overwhelmingly passed a resolution questioning the 2020 election. Matt Rinaldi, Republican Party of Texas Chairman said, “Texas Republicans rightly have no faith in the 2020 election results and we don’t care how many times the elites tell us we have to. The Texas Republican Party is raising record funds for election integrity, and we’ve made election integrity a top priority to ensure Texas never goes the way of Pennsylvania, Georgia, or Arizona. We refuse to let Democrats rig the elections in 2022 or 2024.” The resolution states: “2020 Election: We believe that the 2020 election violated Article 1 and 2 of the US Constitution, that various secretaries of state illegally circumvented their state legislatures in conducting their elections in multiple ways, including by allowing ballots to be received after November 3, 2020. We believe that substantial election fraud in key metropolitan areas significantly affected the results in five key states in favor of Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. We reject the certified results of the 2020 Presidential election, and we hold that acting President Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. was not legitimately elected by the people of the United States. We strongly urge all Republicans to work to ensure election integrity and to show up to vote in November of 2022, bring your friends and family, volunteer for your local Republicans, and overwhelm any possible fraud.”

The man who said that Trump and his allies are a clear and present danger to democracy was not from the left. He was retired U.S. Appeals Court Judge J. Michael Luttig, and he was considered one of the premier conservative jurists of his time--on par with Antonin Scalia.

The clear and present danger that he speaks of is the big lie that Trump won the election. Anyone who supports that viewpoint at this stage of the game is basically saying that it is okay to plot against the outcome of a free and fair election. That is the clear and present danger. It is not a joke.

It is up to mainstream Republicans to show some strength and take their party back from the likes of John Eastman and Donald Trump.

A Soros organization called E.R.I.C. has been contracted by about 30 states to maintain clean voter rolls....but E.R.I.C. doesn't ever remove voters from the rolls, they just add more to the already bloated rolls. Soros spent 18 Billion getting getting local DA's elected all across the country....now we know why...he needed to own the courts.

Now enter Mark Elias and Covid. Mark ransacked the country suing to change election law in the courts citing emergency powers so that they could circumvent the legislative process. In some states they eliminated signature verification altogether...they mass mailed ballots to bloated voter rolls some voters received several ballots.

And then there is Mark Zuckerberg. Mark spent $500 million on drop boxes and NGO's that were given access to voter rolls and real time voter data...they knew who voted and who didn't.. .they knew where the excess ballots were. Now they just needed mules to harvest the unvoted ballots and deliver them to the drop boxes. We have the cell phone data on the mules...and we have footage of them at the drop boxes where available.

Lets not forget about Bill gates. I think he spent $800 million propping up the failing mainstream media. Soros bought the courts and bloated the voter rolls... Mark Elias rewrote election law in the courts...Zuckerberg bought the local election officials in targeted cities and counties...and Gates bought the media, including Fox. The money that was spent by those three and a few other billionaires should make an honest Democrat say that we need to "get the money out of politics"

Here are some highlights from the January 6 Committee:

The Department of Justice under Trump appointees Jeffrey Rosen, Richard Donoghue, and Steven Engel investigated Donald Trump’s election fraud claims and determined that the election was not stolen.

But Donald Trump pushed them to make public statements that claimed fraud anyway. He was basically calling Rosen every single day about it.

At one point, Trump told the Justice Department officials to “Just say that the election was corrupt and leave the rest to me and the Republican congressmen.”

Trump simply wanted to create the illusion of fraud to maintain his grip on power.

At one point, Trump considered firing Rosen and replacing him with Jeffrey Clark, an environmental lawyer with no experience with election litigation. Clark’s sole qualification to be acting attorney general was his willingness to take orders from Trump in his attempt to overturn the election.

Clark put together a letter that falsely claimed the DOJ found significant fraud in the election. Neither Rosen nor Donoghue signed the letter because it was false: They had not found significant fraud in the 2020 election.

Trump decided not to fire Rosen because the entire leadership of the DOJ would have resigned had he done so. It would have been an embarrassment for him and the country.

While this was going on, Trump was also pressuring officials in various states to claim election fraud.

Trump and his allies confronted Republican Arizona House Speaker Rusty Bowers to decertify electors and change the outcome of the election in Arizona. When Bowers asked Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani for specifics of election fraud, he didn’t get any. Bowers said Giuliani told him “We have lots of the theories. We just don’t have the evidence.” In another call, Trump lawyer John Eastman told Bowers to decertify the electors regardless of whether the action was legitimate. “Just do it and let courts sort it out,” Eastman told Bowers. In the end, Bowers said going along with the Trump schemes because it would have violated his oath to the Constitution. “It is a tenant of my faith that the Constitution is divinely inspired,” Bowers said. “I would not do it.”

In Georgia, Republican investigators determined that the so-called smoking gun tape involving Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman was sliced and diced and taken out of context. It did not represent voter fraud when viewed in its entirety.

Trump famously pressured Brad Raffensperger to conjure up votes for him. “I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have,” Trump said. He also said that Raffensperger could put himself into legal jeopardy if he didn’t do the right thing. “There’s nothing wrong with saying, you know, um that you’ve recalculated,” Trump told Raffensperger.

Freeman and Moss said that their lives have been turned upside down by the false accusations against them. “There is nowhere I feel safe,” Freeman said. “Do you know how it feels to have the president of the United States target you? The president of the United States is supposed to represent every American, not target one, but he targeted me.”

Donald Trump’s team also orchestrated a plot to organize slates of fake electors in seven states. Some of the fake electors submitted false certifications of Trump victories to the National Archives in hopes that Mike Pence would substitute them for the actual electors.

In yesterday's hearing, we learned that Donald Trump warned the assembled crowd on January 6 that many among them were armed. He told the crowd to go home and defused what could have been a chaotic and dangerous moment. He also pledged his support for American democracy and the tradition of peaceful transition of power.

Oops. That's not what happened. Trump wanted to join the angry, armed group headed for the Capitol Building and said Mike Pence deserved the cries for his hanging.

One small bit of good news: Colorado Republicans rejected three election deniers running for state office. Are traditional Republicans finally showing some backbone and wrestling their party away from MAGA? Let's hope.

ADAMS: The Evidence Is Real — Dead People Are Voting

The 2020 election was full of chaos and irregularities. States like Georgia and Pennsylvania took days to finalize election results. Mail ballots were found on floors of apartment floor lobbies. Dead people were even voting in states across the country!

Unfortunately, people have been voting from beyond the grave since well before 2020. (RELATED: SNEAD: 2020’s Nightmare Election Process Has Come Back To Haunt Pennsylvania. Here’s What Needs To Change)

The left claims that voter fraud is non-existent, and that dead people are not voting. But, we have proof that deceased individuals are casting ballots.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation’s database of the country’s voter rolls found nearly 350,000 deceased registrants before the 2020 election. The inevitable question is always well did any of them vote. Unfortunately, some always do.

The Foundation is even beginning to see people being registered after their death. Yes, you read that right. People are registering deceased individuals to vote.

One such individual the Public Interest Legal Foundation uncovered was Judith Presto. Presto voted in the 2020 election in Pennsylvania. She died in 2013. Closer examination of our data revealed her husband registered and voted for her following her death.

We turned this information in to Pennsylvania authorities, which led to the ultimate arrest of her husband.

My organization sued Pennsylvania to remove the over 20,000 deceased registrants from the Commonwealth’s voter rolls. In one of the few victories for election integrity in 2020, we won the case. Pennsylvania has removed the deceased registrants from their voter rolls. It is now a lot harder to vote from beyond the grave in Pennsylvania.

There is still work to be done to stop the dead from voting in other states.

For instance, Michigan has over 25,000 deceased registrants still on its voter rolls, according to the Foundation. Nearly 4,000 of these registrants have been dead for at least two decades. We are suing them just like we did Pennsylvania.

Another state with an upcoming Senate race in 2022, North Carolina, also has a high number of deceased individuals on their voter rolls, we found. The state has nearly 8,000 deceased registrants still on the voter rolls.

To stop the dead from voting, secretary of States across the country need to do their job. This is about good government. Election officials need to keep the voter rolls clean and up to date. This would easily solve the problem of dead people voting.

When individuals die, they must be promptly removed from the voter rolls as required by federal law. There is no excuse for allowing deceased registrants to remain on the voter rolls.

We can all agree that we don’t want the ghosts of the dead casting deciding ballots in our elections.

All 50 states need to take a serious look at their voter rolls and make serious efforts to remove all the deceased individuals before the 2022 elections. They are running out of time. It will be Election Day before you know it.
