I don't know anything about the event, but judging from past experience, there were more FBI agents involved in the planning of the kidnapping of Governor Whitmer then there were defendants in the case. The FBI was caught framing Flynn, lying to the FISA court about Carter Page so they could spy on Trump and they infiltrated and were in leadership rolls in Proud Boys and Oath Keepers...they were likely involved in planning January 6th...in Parlor and on Facebook.

I am not musically inclined. but the other day when I was installing a transmission in my wife's SUV...I realized that if I was talented, every part under the car makes a different sound...you could have a five man band playing a Subaru if you wanted to.

There's a difference between how you report something and whether you report it. My issue with major liberal media is not how they are covering the news (although that's pretty bad as well), it's what they are choosing not to cover at all. How do you not give ANY air time to the issues I mentioned? That's completely wrong and shows bias of the worst kind. And I agree that Fox has its own concerns, but at least they are covering news worthy issues that are current. The result is that no one can rely on any single media source for objective analysis and relevant information. There is none, and that's been a major problem with our democracy, but more acute since Trump was elected.

      • Well I disagree somewhat CNN extensively covered the cluster **** withdrawal and had both sides represented left and right and it was a consensus, they all thought it was a **** show. (almost all) both sides have their diehards who no matter what stick to party as for the other things you mentioned I can't say for sure what was covered and what wasn't I try to watch 10 minutes of news on a few channels a few times a week it's all I can handle

        • I really love to say see, I told you so. The private canvasing group has made their results public. Even if they are off by 90% the results for Arizona are still in question.

This isn't proof that Trump won Arizona, but it is proof that there was a massive amount of election fraud in Arizona...and some voter fraud also.

          Executive Summary

11/3/2020 Election Results: Primary Findings Two primary categories of ineligible ballots and election mishandling, encompassing hundreds of thousands of votes, render the 2020 General Election in Maricopa County uncertifiable.

An estimated 173,104 votes are missing or lost, as reported to our volunteers who went door to door verifying registration and voting information for thousands of residents. These are American citizens living in Maricopa County who cast a vote, primarily by mail, in the election and yet there is no record of their vote with the county and it was not counted in the reported vote totals for the election. Additionally an estimated 96,389 mail-in votes were cast under the names of registered voters who were either unknown to the residents of the registration address or who were verified as having moved away prior to October 2020. Other irregularities were uncovered during the canvass at a smaller scale, including votes cast by mail from vacant lots, votes recorded from residents who had not actually voted, etc.

These results are a travesty to our democracy and our voting rights. In addition to impacted local races, such as Maricopa County Board of Supervisors District 1, decided by 403 votes, key statewide race margins are well within the numbers shown above. The Presidential race was decided by 10,457 votes statewide, and the U.S. Senate election was decided by 78,886 votes statewide.

          Solution: Ban Vote-by-mail

It is obvious to anyone that voting by mail is ripe for fraud. The US Mail is not meant to be a secure transactional system. We have all known since we were children that you don’t send cash through the mail –our voting rights are far more sacred than cash. Bipartisan and Democrat Voter studies and commissions have found vote-by-mail to have the highest risk of fraud1 and most first-world democracies, such as Germany, either ban Vote-by-Mail outright or place very heavy restrictions on its use. Banning Vote-by-mail is a very simple solution to a huge problem for our Country. We cannot give up our fundamental right to vote, upon which America was built, simply because we are too lazy to go cast a vote in person.

3 Why does the problem of vote fraud exist?

Here, we can only speculate. But we all know that history often repeats itself, especially if forgotten.

It has become a modern day mantra that the right to vote by “secret ballot” is a sacred American right. But this is actually untrue. Until the late 1800s all votes in all States were public information. The move to the secret ballot occurred state-by-state from 1888-1950 to combat voter fraud 2 Over the first 100 years of our great republic, a cottage industry was established in voter fraud vote buying and selling. Vote fraud was a massive problem for our Country. Moving to a secret ballot made it harder for vote buyers to monitor which candidates vote sellers had voted for. Voter turnout fell between 8% and 12% as the States adopted the secret ballot and people were no longer being paid to vote.

It is quite likely that many ridiculous and frivolous arguments were put forth in those States in attempts to prevent secret ballot legislation from passing by those who leveraged the vote fraud to win elections and those who profited from it.

We now see history repeating, with a system ripe for fraud and clear evidence of fraud occurring on a massive scale. The fraud likely existing as a means of revenue for those who are able to defraud the system, and for an easy way to shift election results for those who can pay. And again we have ridiculous and frivolous arguments being put forth against common sense legislation to secure the rights of honest American citizens to vote and have their vote count.

If I were to further speculate, I would say I believe that the people who work for and run Maricopa County are good people and likely have no idea that their voting process is being manipulated for financial gain. I believe it far more likely that small groups of bad actors (criminals) operating at local levels both here and in other parts of the country engineered ways to defraud their particular voting systems and processes and then likely sell those services to other mostly local small groups of bad actors who work for candidates fixing elections, probably most likely and most often unknown to 4 the candidates themselves. That was the previous pattern in our Country and it makes sense. Far more likely than grand conspiracies and entire election departments being “in on it.”

5 Canvass Overview How it Began

Shortly after the election in November 2020, Liz Harris, a REALTOR(R) in Arizona, saw an easily verifiable social media video demonstrating a deceased person with a distinct name and birthdate who voted in the November 3, 2020 election. Combined with the increasing election fraud allegations from across the United States and within her home state of Arizona, namely Maricopa County, her curiosity peaked. Does Arizona have dead voters? Upon checking names of those over the age of 90, it seemed that the number of dead voters was not alarming. However, she noticed that there was conflicting information on where these registered voters actually resided. This led to obtaining voter lists from the country and teams of hundreds of people who began visiting registered voters at their homes.

What started small grew into a countywide grassroots effort drawing hundreds of volunteers from within the state and from across the country who collectively spent thousands of hours visiting the residences of almost 12,000 registered voters in Maricopa County. Volunteer programmers and database administrators joined together to database the voter data and build a mobile app for management and tracking of the canvass and the data it produced.

As you will read, the results are nothing short of earth-shattering.

          How it was Conducted

During the canvass, volunteers would visit the homes of registered Maricopa County voters. At the door, if the resident answered, the volunteers would identify themselves as private citizens conducting voluntary election integrity research and ask if they would mind answering a few questions. Next the volunteer would ask the resident’s name and then verify it in the county data. Then the volunteer would say, “We'd like to quickly go through each registered voter at this address. First, we will start with the name 6 identified initially and go through the other registered voters at this address.” The questions which followed were:

          • What method did you use to vote?
          • How many ballots did you receive in the mail for yourself?
          • How many ballots did you receive for person(s) who do not live here?
          • What did you do with any extra ballots received?
          • How many registered voters are there supposed to be at this address?
          • Total number of registered voters who voted in the November 2020 election?

The answers were entered into a database live onsite and later compiled and analyzed.

Areas Canvassed Maricopa County comprises approximately 2,595,272 registered voters, making it the second largest voting district in the country and the third largest county by population. The canvass as conducted generally yields a confidence interval of 1.5% at a confidence level of 95%. Said another way, very similar to voting polls, the accuracy of these results applied to the county as a whole are within +/- 1.5% with 95% certainty, which is the scientific statistical standard for samples such as this. The results from the canvass are thus able to be applied with scientific certainty to the entire county as a whole. The canvass team conducted the canvass by canvassing across the county as well as focusing in on several precincts with ranging demographics. The entire precinct of Warner was canvassed, consisting of more than 7,000 registered voters. Partial canvasses were conducted in the Dunbar, Waggoner and Rittenhouse precincts. A partial canvass was also conducted in precincts throughout the county.

          Canvass Statistics:

11,708 attempted voter contacts, interviews yielded data on 4,570 registered voters

          Lost Votes

The most problematic issue we have seen in the canvass comes from our analysis of the data showing that Maricopa County is missing votes from an estimated 173,104 voters.

During the canvass, hundreds of people who showed in the Maricopa County records as not voting in the election reported that they actually did vote in the election.

Registered Voters Interviewed Who Were Shown By Maricopa County As Not Voting

During the canvass, of the 4,570 registered voters we gathered data on, 964 individuals were interviewed at their residence who were registered to vote in Maricopa County but whom the county said did not vote. Of those 964, 34.23%, or 330 people, said they had actually voted. Overall, there were 505,709 people in the county registered to vote who did not have a vote recorded in the election. Extrapolating these results to the entire county, which can be done at a scientifically correlated confidence level of 95%, it is estimated that 173,104 voters had their votes stolen. Given the canvass confidence interval of 1.5, this number technically ranges from 165,518 to 180,690 voters.

The canvass team can make sworn affidavits supporting these findings readily available.

Interestingly, this data parallels the findings of a study conducted by Matt Braynard in November of 2020, where he phone surveyed 710 registered republican voters in Arizona who did not have a vote recorded by the State. In his survey 356, or 50.1%, of those surveyed stated that they had in fact cast a mail-in ballot.

          8 Ghost Votes

The second-most problematic issue we have seen in the canvass comes from our analysis of the data showing that Maricopa County recorded an estimated 96,389 mail-in votes that likely could not have been physically cast by the voter that the vote was registered to. These voters did not have a secondary mailing address and were either unknown to the residents who lived at their voting address since September 2020 or were known but were confirmed to not have lived at the residence since prior to the election, and often had not lived there for many years. By law mail-in ballots are not forwarded, so it would not have been possible for these voters to have been in physical possession of their ballots.

A specific example to better illustrate what this problem looks like: One of the individuals that we canvassed has owned and lived at their home for more than a decade. For a time during 2010, they rented a room out to someone who later moved out- of Arizona. Looking back historically, although the renter had moved out of state, a vote had been cast under their name, by mail, continuing to use the same residence address, in the 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2020 elections. The homeowner is innocent in this. The person who moved away is innocent as well. But somehow another person or group of people has been able to fraudulently submit mail-in votes using the former renter’s information in multiple elections.

Mail-In Ballots Cast Under Registered Voters Who Were Unknown to the Voting Address Residents or had Moved

During the canvass data on registered voters was gathered from registered voters at their residences, with 3606 of them listed by Maricopa County as having voted in the election. 2,897 were recorded by the county as having voted by mail . During that process, 164 mail-in voters were identified as being unknown to the resident or known but having moved prior to the election registration deadline. This represents 5.66% of all mail-in voters on which data was gathered.

Overall, there were 1,702,981 mail-in votes tallied by the in the election. Extrapolating these results to the entire county, which can be done at a scientifically correlated confidence level of 95%, it is estimated that 96,389 mail-in ballots should not have been cast due to this issue. More technically, with a 1.5 confidence interval, this number ranges from 70,844 to 121,933.

The canvass team can make sworn affidavits supporting these findings readily available.

          Other Issues

We saw many other issues during the canvass including such things as a resident informing us that the name registered to that address and under which a mail-in vote had been cast was their immediate relative and deceased as of several years ago. We believe that specific issue, votes cast under the names of the deceased, can best be uncovered by an analysis of the voter registration data compared to the social security death index. Other issues which can only be uncovered by a canvass are totaled together and described below:

          Total

Added together, these issues impacted 5.18% of mail-in votes, or an estimated 88,215 votes. More technically, with a 1.5 confidence interval, this number ranges from 62,670 to 113,759.

Mail-in Voters Reported Actually Voting In-Person

In gathering data door-to-door on 2,897 mail-in voters, 98 of them reported that they had actually voted in -person at the polling location.

Mail-in Voters Reported They Didn’t Actually Vote.

26 of the listed voters reported that they did not actually vote, yet a mail-in vote had been recorded for them with Maricopa County

Votes Cast Under Registrations Listing a Vacant Lot as their Address

This category encompasses mail-in votes cast by voters registered to a vacant lot who did not have a secondary mailing address listed with the county and thus could not have physically received a ballot to cast.

            • Don't be an election fraud denier.

YES! THEY HAVE ENOUGH VOTES TO DECERTIFY!

              DANIELLE MARIE SEPTEMBER 13, 2021

After many months of waiting and wondering, we may finally have found the smoking gun that we all have been looking for in the election fraud of 2020.

It was obvious that the election was stolen and it wasn’t by just one way, but multiple ways that lead up to the steal that stunned the nation.

The voices of all of us screaming that there was a fraud were heard and there were many states that heeded the call to look further into the election results.

Of course, the left did everything to stop the investigations but that did not stop those whose only concern is uncovering the truth.

Now, Maricopa County has some interesting news coming out that could very well change the game.

According to a private canvass conducted of Maricopa’s registered voters, there are over 170,000 stolen votes and over 90,000 “ghost votes”.

They found every kind of fraud you can think of, people who didn’t live in Maricopa County voting, the deceased, relatives of the deceased—the list goes on and on.

The discrepancies are enough to decertify the election results in Arizona according to the canvassing effort.

US Capitol Police Say 6 Officers Involved in Wrongdoing on Jan. 6

                One investigation still pending
                BY MELANIE SUN

                September 12, 2021 Updated: September 12, 2021

The U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) confirmed on Sept. 11 that it has recommended “disciplinary action” for six officers over their handling of protesters on U.S. Capitol grounds on Jan. 6, following internal investigations.

The department’s first official update on the investigations comes eight months after the breach of the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6, which posed a security threat to members of Congress.

The USCP, which is tasked with protecting the Capitol, said in a statement that the recommendations by its Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) were for officers found to be in violation of its code of conduct. The OPR has been investigating a total of 38 cases related to the events of Jan. 6.

Three officers were identified for “conduct unbecoming,” one for failure to comply with directives, one for improper remark, and one for improper dissemination of information, it said.

The wrongdoings aren’t criminal in nature, the department said, adding that a U.S. attorney’s office review concurred it “did not find sufficient evidence that any of the officers committed a crime.”

The USCP had announced in January that it suspended six officers with pay over their actions on Jan. 6, and that more officers were under investigation based on video and other open-source materials showing instances of potential violations of department regulations and policies. It isn’t clear if these same six cases are the ones identified in the update.

Capitol Police officials didn’t immediately respond to a request by The Epoch Times for comment.

Rep. Tim Ryan (D-Ohio), who chairs the Appropriations Subcommittee on the Legislative Branch, told reporters at the time that the suspensions were related to officers “that potentially facilitated, on a big level or small level in any way” the breach of the Capitol building that took place during the joint session of Congress, while lawmakers and Vice President Mike Pence counted electoral votes.

Protesters were demanding transparency for audits of the elections after allegations of election fraud and concerns over Democrat-led alteration of voting rules amid the COVID-19 pandemic. While Democratic lawmakers have pushed the narrative that the Jan. 6 breach was an “insurrection,” largely during the failed January impeachment effort against President Donald Trump, no one who participated in the breach has been charged with insurrection.

One of the officers suspended by USCP was caught on camera taking a selfie with one of the protesters. Another suspended officer was reportedly seen wearing a red “Make America Great Again” hat and was seen directing people around, Ryan said.

Other videos show police officers standing motionless as groups made their way into the Capitol building. Some of those who entered the building claimed that officers allowed them inside.

According to the Sept. 11 update, the department hasn’t been able to identify all officers being investigated.

“Some complaints did not contain enough information to identify the officer at the center of the complaint,” it said of 12 of the 38 cases.

The update also said that a seventh case involving a USCP official is “still pending,” with the investigation involving alleged “unsatisfactory performance and conduct unbecoming.” An internal investigation of the official was triggered “after a criminal investigation in which charges were not filed,” it said.

The department didn’t provide further details, saying that “USCP internal investigations, including any recommended disciplinary actions, as well as personnel matters are not public information” and that officer names, witness names, and complainant names were redacted from its report to the Department of Justice.

USCP operations aren’t subject to freedom of information laws, given the sensitive nature of their mission to secure the safety of members of Congress, although some members have urged the department to make their reports available to the public given the importance of determining the events of Jan. 6 and the need for transparency to restore confidence in the police department.

The USCP is “committed to accountability when officers fail to meet the standards governed by USCP policies and the Congressional Community’s expectations,” the statement reads.

“The six sustained cases should not diminish the heroic efforts of the United States Capitol Police officers,” it added. “On January 6, the bravery and courage exhibited by the vast majority of our employees was inspiring.”

                • MORE EVIDENCE: Voting Machines Were Accessed Remotely After Election!

                  Daniel

Finally! This is what we’ve been wanting and expecting to hear for a long time now.

This is solid evidence that the election held in November was NOT…I repeat NOT secure.

The dominoes are starting to fall. The ball of yarn is starting to become unraveled and there is nothing that the Democrats can do to stop it now.

Antrim County, Michigan has been undergoing an audit of their own and now, Michigan Attorney Matthew DePerno has dropped some new information that, in my opinion, should be enough to decertify the entire election.

Last month, DePerno gave us the news that they discovered that the machines used to tabulate the votes in Antrim County had the ability to be reopened after the election. This means that they could have been used to run additional ballots, prink new tape – which we saw was a huge problem because this can be manipulated with just a memory card – and even back date the tapes.

Now, DePerno said that what they’ve recently discovered is that the Dominion machines were accessed from an outside source and remotely logged into after the election.

Let that sink in. This is fr@ud! There is absolutely no reason that anyone should have been logging into the machines, especially remotely. They shouldn’t even have the ability to be accessed remotely.

                  DePerno tweeted:

                  1. We have been lied to.

The Antrim County election management system (EMS) was REMOTELY and successfully logged into anonymously on 11/05/2020 at 5:55 PM and again on 11/17/2020 at 5:16 PM.

                  Yes, that is correct… REMOTELY

                  2. Those dates are significant because they correspond directly to the dates the county and SOS were trying to correct the intentional computer problems that subverted the election.

These logons appear to have escalated privileges at the time of logon.

                  Again . . . REMOTELY

                  3. But we were told there was no internet connection.

In an accredited system, an anonymous user should not be authorized by the accreditation authority, but would instead be required to enter a specific user name and password to utilize the system.

                  4. We were told there was no internet connection. We were told there was no remote access. We were told this was human error. All lies.

This is fraud. This decertifies the Antrim County election.

SOS Benson should resign or be impeached.

Voter Integrity Groups are Analyzing Video Evidence of Ballot Trafficking on Massive Scale in Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan

According to John Fredericks, investigators now have video of 240 leftist operatives he called “ballot traffickers” dumping tens of thousands of ballots into drop boxes in the middle of the night in locations across Georgia.

The leftist operatives were identified making numerous drops in the middle of the night. They were filmed emptying their backpacks of ballots into the drop boxes in the middle of the night. Ballot harvesting is not legal in Georgia. This was criminal behavior caught on vide

True the Vote and OPSEC Group have copies of the video and are promising to release it in the near future.
Heather Mullins from Real Americas Voice broke this news earlier this month on the John Fredericks radio show. There is video that captures 240 ballot traffickers in Georgia. Each of the traffickers averaged 23-24 drops where they would empty backpacks into the ballot boxes. This is completely illegal. No harvesting is allowed in Georgia.

This was a massive organized effort by the American left to commit fraud.
Catherine Engelbrecht and True the Vote are behind this investigation and it involves SEVERAL STATES.

Breitbart reported on this investigation in August–
The document says that True The Vote has spent the last several months since late last year collecting more than 27 terabytes of geospatial and temporal data—a total of 10 trillion cell phone pings—between Oct. 1 and Nov. 6 in targeted areas in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The data includes geofenced points of interest like ballot dropbox locations, as well as UPS stores and select government, commercial, and non-governmental organization (NGO) facilities.
“From this we have thus far developed precise patterns of life for 242 suspected ballot traffickers in Georgia and 202 traffickers in Arizona,” True The Vote’s document says. “According to the data, each trafficker went to an average of 23 ballot dropboxes.”
In other words, what the document says is that True The Vote was able to take cell phone ping data on a mass wide scale and piece together that several people—suspected ballot harvesters—were making multiple trips to multiple drop boxes, raising potential legal questions in a number of these states.

From there, the document continues, True The Vote gathered surveillance video on the drop boxes in Georgia and is attempting to gather similar such surveillance video from other states. The document states that True The Vote has obtained one full petabyte of surveillance footage on drop boxes—two million minutes of video—which it says is broken into 73,000 individual video files. The group is expected to begin releasing some of these videos, which purportedly show the same people going multiple times to the same drop boxes, in the coming week.

We Reached Out To True the Vote for comment last week

“It was pointed out to me that John Fredericks broke the story on The War Room. You are correct. That’s our project. We are not giving comments about it right now, but stay tuned!”

                    Now this…
On Wednesday Heather Mullins from Real America’s Voice provides more details on the ballot trafficking investigation.

Heather noted that this investigation covers NUMEROUS swing states including Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. And Heather says the investigation will soon be going public with evidence of illegal activity.
Heather released a photo of one of the late-night ballot traffickers in Georgia.

                    Via Heather Mullins:
Some of the videos are purported to show individuals stuffing ballot dropboxes with stacks of ballots, individuals depositing ballots in multiple dropboxes, and unauthorized coordination between government workers engaged in the exchange of ballots. In 2019, HB 316 specifically addressed the issue of ballot harvesting, and was passed by the Georgia General Assembly and signed by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp. It changed the law to now require that the voter personally mail their ballot or have it delivered by an immediate family member living in the household.
Individuals cannot come to your door and collect your ballot for you.
So there is no reason anyone should be depositing ballots into more than one drop box. That would be a crime. This soon to be released footage could leave Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger with some explaining to do after he wrote a letter to Congress in January assuring them his office had investigated all claims of fraud, that Georgia’s election was secure, and encouraged them to certify Georgia’s results.

                    • BUSTED!!!
Mesa County Clerk and Recorder Tina Peters in good faith delivered an initial forensic cybersecurity report covering election machine analysis to County Commissioners. The report proves destruction of evidence. One or more Commissioners misrepresent report to the press -fail to report crimes.

[Mesa County Colorado, September 21, 2021] – Tina Peters hand-delivered an initial peer-reviewed forensic cybersecurity report prior to the late Friday evening filing of her official defense pleading alerting County Commissioners of crimes. The extensive report vindicated citizens’ concerns about 2020 election malfeasance, justifies Peters preservation of election records obligated by federal and state law, and proves crimes were committed by others – not Peters. Instead of submitting the report to the authorities which is their civic duty, one or more of the Commissioners forwarded the report to the press. There is no question the Commissioner(s) leaked the confidential document given the version of the report was initial, lacking some detail which the official report included.
Official peer-reviewed forensic cybersecurity report - Mesa Co.Download
The expert-generated forensic cybersecurity report signed by cyber-expert Doug Gould, detailed a pattern of systematic destruction of election records in Colorado voting systems by the Secretary of State’s staff and voting system vendor during the “Trusted Build” updates that took place in Colorado over the summer. It’s expected the report will become a part of several pending investigations and lawsuits. Additional legal questions are now raised regarding premeditation and conspiracy.

Peters commissioned the detailed forensic examination by court-recognized expert cybersecurity witnesses including Gould as part of her duties as Clerk and Recorder. The report now supports her legal defense against Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold’s legal accusations.

The report proves a simple storyline of events and subsequent implications.
                      1. The Destruction of evidence. Destruction of election records, election-related data that’s required to be preserved under federal and state law.
                      2. Thousands of election records were destroyed.
                      3. Secretary of State Griswold and the vendor deleted the election records.
                        1. Through the “Trusted Build” hardware and software election systems update.
                        1. By way of Griswold’s approved procedures for the updates.
                        1. Due to Griswold’s certified election system configuration. Configurations directed by the Secretary of State were designed to automatically overwrite election data.
                      4. The election system was illegally certified. The report stops short of stating Griswold’s certification of the voting systems complete with an election record-destroying configuration was illegal. However, Colorado statute is explicit that the Federal Voting System Standards are mandatory. The SecState’s certification allowed the use of a non-compliant voting system in Colorado elections.
                      5. The deleted Election Records eliminate the possibility of a complete forensic election audit. The type of audit SecState Griswold has sought to prohibit by her controversial election rules which were rubber-stamped into law through CO Attorney General Phil Weiser.

It is unclear whether the Mesa County DA has sole responsibility to investigate the criminal violations. Alternatives include whether the matter must be referred to Federal authorities, the Colorado Attorney General, or every state jurisdiction affected by the technical discovery. The next outstanding question is whether Mesa County Commissioners have any liability for failing to investigate and submit the report’s findings to the authorities asrequired by§ 18-8-105.

Mesa County Commissioner Rowland now faces a dilemma. On one hand, she is on the record interrogating Mesa County citizens in a hearing where the Commissioners apparently invited both press and anti-election integrity industry insiders. During the hearing, Rowland aggressively pressed why citizens didn’t “bring the proof [of fraud] to the authorities.” At the time, citizens explained that the production of the evidence Rowland was demanding required an investigation of the machines, which citizens had previously requested. On the other hand, at the time of Rowland’s irrational demands, she knew access to the voting machines was impossible, given the equipment was sequestered.

In the County Commissioner’s public hearing on September 20th McInnes stepped into the breach (~25:00) claiming Peters was report was “anonymous” insinuating there was no official report author. Instead of McInnes successfully bashing the report that clearly is proof of criminal activity, McInnes showed he didn’t completely read; or grasp the contents of the report. McInnes beclowned himself by claiming the “goal posts have been moved” as damning election malfeasance evidence piled-up over months. It appears McInnes lost the plot, or doesn't care.

In a final attempt to disparage Peters, McInnes repeated false accusations by Secretary of State Jena Griswold. The false claim is Peters leaked passwords during her legal back up of election systems. McInnes is weak on the facts. It was Griswold who was in sole custody of the passwords in question; she bears the responsibility to prove she or her office didn’t lose control of their passwords. Mesa County Commissioners continue to show their fecklessness, dishonesty, and lack of understanding given the report Peters delivered was a courtesy initial version. The official report filed in Peters defense pleadings is complete with any information Rowland, McInnes or Davis claim falsely, to be missing.

Since May, citizens across Colorado have been asking Clerks to delay the “Trusted Build” to preserve election records and afford citizens the opportunity to conduct an independent forensic audit. But the shadow emerged of a coordinated campaign by the Secretary of State and the Colorado County Clerks Association (CCCA) leadership, to deprive citizens of knowledge of the “Trusted Build” schedule, and to cajole and coerce reluctant Clerks El Paso County Clerk and Recorder Chuck Broerman and Weld County Clerk Carly Koppes, the President of the CCCA. Both claimed in meetings with citizens that the Secretary of State’s and the Colorado Attorney General’s Offices issued formal warnings to them advising against allowing citizen access election records for audits, including electronic records generating from the Dominion voting systems; or they would be “sued.”

The result of forensic analysis of Mesa County’s system backups completely upends the accusations against Peters. It’s now clear Griswold’s and the media’s initial characterization of Peters was patently false. Peters acted in good faith, despite immense pressure from Griswold’s false accusations in what appears to be intentional attempts to coerce and intimidate her.

Also destroyed are current and former Secretaries of State Wayne Williams, and Griswold’s claims to “Gold Standard” security for Colorado elections. The expert report proves serious crimes were committed by her accusers and may save or implicate other Colorado County Clerks. Given this proof, County Clerks across Colorado are at risk of being responsible for election crimes simply for trusting Matt Crane, the Executive Director of the CCCA, The Secretary of State Jena Griswold, and electronic voting machine vendors.

The report bears serious legal implications beyond Peters’ defense case and Griswold’s motivations to focus law enforcement resources on Peters. Now voting system vendors, the voting system testing lab, and U.S. Election Assistance Commission officials may have some explaining to do.

                        • Here's how things look like at this time for stopping Biden's insanity: Republicans are poised to overwhelmingly take back the House and the Senate in the midterms. Thank you, old, weak and senile Joe Biden. This might not happen without your ignorance and stupidity, and that of your tax and spend liberal party. Joe's poll numbers are tanking by the hour, and now even with independents, and we're only 8 months into his presidency. One poorly handled and self created crisis after another, and now, Hunter's lap top is coming back to haunt him despite the efforts of the liberal media to bury it. Happy times.

Nowhere in their report do they say that Arizona declared the rightful winner.

                              Their report says that :

23,344 Mail in voters voted from their prior address. That begs the question, how did they get their ballots?... because it is illegal to forward a ballot.

10,342 voters voted in multiple counties. Biden only took Arizona by 10,000 votes

9,041 more mail in ballots returned by voter than received.

2,092 more duplicate ballots than original ballots.

2,382 people voted in person in Maricopa county that no longer live in Maricopa county..

836 votes counted in excess of of voters that voted.

618 voters that are not part of the official precinct register.

527 ballots returned that are not in the final voted file.

500 duplicate ballots that have an incorrect or missing serial number.

397 mail in ballots were received that were never sent out

                              393 voters with incomplete names.

                              282 dead voters.

198 voters registered after the dead line but still voted.

194 date of registration changes to earlier date

                              186 duplicate voter ID's

101 multiple voters linked by AFFSEQ

50 ballots that were double scanned and counted

6 electronic ballots that were double counted

6 duplicate ballots that reuse serial numbers

I have already given you most of this information,,,this is just more conformation of the massive fraud in this election. I have been showing you how they back filled ballots for several months now to make the count match the ballots. Why are you so giddy about the count matching the ballots? How stupid do you think the Maricopa county board is?

Some of those stats probably have a legitimate explanation, but some are clearly fraud. When the fraud exceeds the margin of victory the results can not be certified. This does not even include the results of the private canvasing effort, a signature match, the findings from the routers or the paper analysis. The only thing that you have to cheer about is that Maricopa county sent the proper number of ballots to be counted.

Biden is not in charge of anything...not even his bathroom schedule. I think he is being taken out by the people around him. In Afghanistan the military knew that this would happen, but they just let it happen anyway. On the border, who shipped all the Haitians to Texas? Haiti is just a log swim from Florida...but they ended up in Texas under a bridge after crossing Mexico's southern border. Biden is being sabotaged by the global cabal that he thought he was in charge of. These are not normal times that we are living in.
