Breaking: Nearly 1 Million BS Ballots Found In Audit … In One County

    By

    John Stuart

According to the auditors in Maricopa County, Arizona, there were 700,000 ballots that were questionable. Some are definitely wrong, but many could have been honest mistakes, but until the servers and the Splunk logs are examined there is no way to tell. Hopefully, if the supervisors cooperate, we will find out which it was. There were over 9,000 mail-in ballots without envelopes. That should not be in any case. All should have envelopes.

    https://uafreport.com/email-template/
The largest issue reported was related to early voting files which do not include early votes included in the final voted file.

The second-largest issue we noted in the Cyber Ninja report included 86,000 ballots where the insureds have no related fingerprints at all, which in this day and age seems unlikely.

There were also 17,000 ballot envelopes which are duplicates. That is another area where there is no doubt that these votes should have been disqualified.

    From The Gateway Pundit

Lost votes are those votes where people voted but their votes were discarded.

Ghost votes are those votes cast by someone other than the voter assigned to the vote.

Dead voters accounted for a significant number of these anomalies.

    From The Gateway Pundit

Doug Logan began his presentation by providing an overview of the process his team took in performing their work related to the audit of the 2020 Election results of Maricopa County. Much of his team’s work was done at the Maricopa County Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

Logan then went on to discuss duplicates and the results of recounts of the ballots. The numbers were similar to what was included in the draft report provided by Patrick Byrne shortly before the audit.

Below is a draft of the final report provided by Byrne. This report shows:

In the 2020 presidential election, the margin of victory was only 10,457 votes, a small fraction of the 57,734 ballots with known issues. Again, this is almost 6 times the margin of victory in the Presidential race and is multiples of the margin of victory in other races. Based on these factual findings, the election should not be certified, and the reported results are not reliable.

The AG Mark Brnovich is investigating to see if criminal charges should be brought to bear. He says they already have three targets they are looking at with many more to come, I hope.

Finally! Subpoenas Issued Over ’20 Election Fraud

      By

      John Stuart
Wisconsin Special Counsel Michael Gableman is not letting any grass grow beneath his feet as he issues a ton of subpoenas in an effort to get to the bottom of some mighty suspicious activity that occurred there by a group funded by Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg, Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), The CTCL even took over the election in Green Bay according to reports.

      From The Gateway Pundit

Special Counsel Michael Gableman has served subpoenas to the administrator of the Wisconsin Election Commission, the executive director of the Milwaukee Election Commission, and four city clerks as part of his probe into the 2020 election, “The Dan O’Donnell Show” has learned exclusively.

On Friday morning, subpoenas were served to Wisconsin Election Commission administrator Meagan Wolfe, Milwaukee Election Commission director Claire Woodall-Vogg, the city clerks of Madison, Green Bay, Racine, and Kenosha as well as a former executive assistant to Racine Mayor Cory Mason, sources said.

The subpoenas seek all records related to grants from the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), a group funded by Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg that is accused of taking over the administration of the presidential election in Green Bay and having undue influence on election administration in Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, and Madison.

The five cities, dubbed “The Wisconsin Five,” submitted a joint bid for CTCL grant money to help administer the presidential election. Emails from former Green Bay city clerk Kris Teske revealed earlier this year that a CTCL partner organization, the National Vote at Home Institute, had unlawfully taken over the administration of the city’s election. In Milwaukee, Woodall-Vogg was providing National Vote at Home Wisconsin lead Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein with daily email updates on early voting, and Spitzer-Rubenstein even requested access to the City of Milwaukee’s voter database, which Woodall-Vogg declined.

There are several issues in Wisconsin that we are aware of. Over 140,000 votes were dumped at 4:00AM November 4th, all for Joe Biden, a statistical impossibility.

There is also issues in Madison and Green Bay that need to be looked into.

But, we need to wait and see what roadblocks Democrats try to throw up to thwart the investigation.

BREAKING: 92 Senators & Reps Sign Letter Demanding Decertification, 50-State Election Audit

        By Ideal Independent
Syndicated Via National File| ANDREW WHITE|
92 state legislators from all across America have issued a demand letter calling for a 50 state-wide 2020 election audit and decertification following the explosive Arizona audit that revealed how “our representative republic suffered a corrupted 2020 election.”

After the comprehensive Arizona audit of Maricopa County was completed, Arizona Senator Wendy Rogers unveiled what she called the “new Declaration of Independence” in which 41 state legislators across America called for a 50-state wide 2020 election audit, and should those audits suggest a flawed election, mass decertification of the original 2020 election results, National File previously reported.

This is our new Declaration of Independence. This is our manifesto of freedom, Rogers declared.

This comes after the forensic audit of Arizona’s Maricopa County revealed thousands of discrepancies and issues with EV32 and EV33 ballot forms, along with a number of other serious election integrity problems, as National File reported.

As National File Senior Reporter Patrick Howley reported on September 28, the number of voters in the 2020 Presidential election in Maricopa County, Arizona “with no record” of their existence far outnumbers the margin of “victory” that Joe Biden supposedly achieved last year, thus putting immense pressure on Arizona Senate President Karen Fann to take action and move to decertify the results of the 2020 election, as the true results of the 2020 political contest appear to be unknown.

“All voters within the Final Voted File, or VM55, was cross-checked against a commercially available data source provided by Melissa called Personator and 86,391 individuals were found with no record in the database for either their name, or anyone with the same last name at the address in the VM55 file,” according to page 56 of the report entitled “Maricopa County Forensic Election Audit: Volume III: Result Details.”

However, constitutional experts across America have indicated that decertification would be sound legal recourse for a corrupted election after-the-fact.

            • Nothing good ever happens after midnight. The law of averages would mean that at least one of these mysterious vote flips would favor a Republican.

Just like all the mysterious middle-of-the-night lead shifts in the 2020 Presidential Election for Joe Biden, incumbent crook Phil Murphy flipped Bergen County. Bergen County’s total vote count has a huge effect on the final New Jersey outcome.

It is the Garden State’s largest county. At a point during the evening of the election, Republican candidate Jack Ciattarelli had built a surprising lead over his competitor Phil Murphy. With 83 percent of the vote counted, Ciattarelli held a 42,000 vote lead statewide.

Ciattarelli’s lead vote count included winning Bergen County 52 percent of the vote. The county reported 100 percent of the votes had been counted. However, Democrats said not so fast. Suddenly, as the vote count totals pushed to 87 percent, Murphy was announced as the winner in New Jersey’s most populated county.

Once again, like a crafty magician, the Democrat Party seems to have pulled votes out of thin air. If all the votes were counted, how did Murphy flip the final total? Where did these votes come from? In the confusion, Ciattarelli’s 42,000 lead eroded.

Within minutes, the front-running Republican had his margin over Murphy whittled down to 1,600 votes. When did this all happen? Well, conveniently in the middle of the night when no one was looking. The Bergen County overnight transformation for Murphy went down at 1:54am (EDT).

Just like the middle-of-the-night suitcases unearthed in Georgia, plus the many suspicious vote total flips in the middle of the night on November 4, 2020, something sneaky and underhanded went down in New Jersey.

No one needs to be a mathematical genius to figure out something is seriously wrong here. One hundred percent means ALL votes had been counted. However, suddenly in the wee-hours of the morning, some 40 thousand votes conveniently appear to flip the county.

              • Sheriff Looks To Charge 5 Election Officials With Fraud After HUGE 2020 Fail

A Wisconsin Sheriff is demanding that at least 5 election officials face charges after he says they violated voter laws. The Racine County sheriff says that officials refused to send poll workers into at least 8 nursing homes to administer and collect voting ballots.

If charged, the officials would face federal voter fraud charges, according to Reports:

"Racine County Sheriff Christopher Schmaling, a Republican, earlier called on state Attorney General Josh Kaul, a Democrat, to launch a statewide investigation on allegations of election fraud at Mount Pleasant’s Ridgewood Care Center. Schmaling said so-called Special Voting Deputies should have been sent in to help residents who did not have the mental capacity to vote.

Kaul responded that Racine County officials should file charges if they believe election laws were broken. Schmaling was quick to make the next move, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.

A sheriff on Wednesday recommended that five members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission be criminally charged for telling local elections officials to send absentee ballots to eight nursing home residents in 2020 instead of sending poll workers to oversee voting there during the coronavirus pandemic.

“Based upon the failure of Attorney General Josh Kaul to initiate a statewide investigation, I have forwarded charging recommendations to the Racine County District Attorney’s Office for their review,” said a release signed by Schmaling and Sgt. Michael Luell, who led the investigation into Ridgewood."

Some light digging and I found that most local officials are blowing the sheriff's concerns off. Biden won Wisconsin by a very small margin. (Just over 20k). Which makes me wonder how common was this practice? Was it a statewide problem?

                  • The Hillary Russia collusion plot is unfolding.

Durham's latest indictment: More lines drawn to Clinton's campaign

                    Jonathan Turley

"To my good friend ... A Great Democrat." Those words written to a Russian figure in Moscow, inside a copy of a Hillary Clinton autobiography, may be the defining line of special counsel John Durham's investigation. The message reportedly was written by Charles Dolan, a close Clinton adviser and campaign regular whom news reports identify as the mysterious "PR-Executive 1" in the latest Durham indictment, this time of Igor Danchenko.
© Hill.TV Durham's latest indictment: More lines drawn to Clinton's campaign

Danchenko, 43, was a key figure in the compilation of the infamous Steele dossier that led to the now discredited investigation of alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russian government during the 2016 presidential race. But Danchenko, a Russian emigre living in the U.S., seems unlikely to be the Durham investigation's apex defendant. In fact, Durham describes him at points more like a shill than a spy, an "investigator" who was fed what to report by Clinton operatives such as Dolan.

Durham is known as a methodical, apolitical and unrelenting prosecutor. Thus far, his work seems to betray a belief that the FBI got played by the Clinton campaign to investigate the Trump team. The question is whether Durham really wants to indict just the figurative tail if he can get the whole dog - a question that now may weigh heavily on a number of Washington figures, just as it did following Durham's indictment in September of Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann.

Danchenko's indictment on five counts of lying to the FBI serves two obvious purposes. First, these counts - with a possible five years in prison on each - are enough to concentrate the mind of any defendant about possibly flipping for the prosecution. Second, indicting Danchenko "hoists the wretch" for potential targets to see and consider that there but for the grace of God - and Durham - go they.

The background details of Durham's three indictments so far have assembled an impressive list of "great Democrats" who contributed directly or indirectly to the creation of the Russia collusion scandal. Indeed, the collusion case increasingly is taking on a type of "Murder on the Orient Express" feel, in which all of the suspects may turn out to be culprits. While the statute of limitations may protect some, Durham has shown that he can use the crime of lying to federal investigators (18 U.S.C. 1001) as a handy alternative. Targets must admit to prior misconduct or face a new charge.

Thus, Durham clearly seems to be making a meticulous case that the Steele dossier was a political hit job orchestrated by Clinton operatives. His latest indictment connects Danchenko to several intriguing figures and groups that, in turn, relate to the Clinton campaign.

Former British spy Christopher Steele himself has been extensively interviewed by investigators over the years - a long record that comes with inherent risks of contradictions. Notably, Steele recently defended his dossier in a bizarre interview. While admitting that it might have been used by Russian intelligence for disinformation, he stood by the accounts of its most sensational details, such as former President Trump's "golden shower tape," despite Durham's findings to the contrary.

Dolan is the latest direct connection between the campaign and the infamous Steele dossier to surface in Durham's investigation. Dolan had close ties not only to the Clintons but to the Russians as well; he and the public relations firm where he worked had represented the Russian government and registered as foreign agents for Russia.

Durham alleges that it was Dolan, not Russian sources, who gave Danchenko key allegations to put into the Steele dossier, including some of its most salacious claims. Dolan is described as traveling to Moscow to meet with Russian officials who were paying his firm. The connection is notable because American intelligence believed that sources used in the dossier were, in fact, Russian agents and that the dossier may have been a vehicle for Russian intelligence to spread misinformation. However, Dolan reportedly admitted to "fabricating" facts given to Danchenko. Dolan's attorney now describes him as a "witness" in the investigation.

Danchenko worked for several years at the Brookings Institution, a leading liberal think tank in Washington, as an analyst in Russian and Eurasian affairs - and, as a result, Brookings features prominently in this latest indictment. Around 2010, another Brookings employee had introduced Danchenko to Steele, who subsequently retained him as a contract investigator.

Steele testified in London in a 2019 defamation suit that he had disclosed some of his dossier's details to Strobe Talbott, then the president of Brookings. Talbott had his own longstanding Clinton ties. Among those, he was an ambassador-at-large and a deputy secretary of state under President Clinton; when Hillary Clinton was secretary of State, Talbott was named chairman of the State Department's foreign affairs advisory board.

Then there is Hillary Clinton herself. Steele also has testified that it was his understanding that Clinton was aware of his work and the development of the dossier. Yet during the campaign and long afterward, Clinton never admitted that her campaign funded the dossier, despite media and congressional inquiries about that fact. No less an official than campaign chairman John Podesta denied any connection in testimony before Congress.

More importantly, before the Steele dossier was given to the FBI and the press, then-CIA Director John Brennan briefed former President Obama on Clinton's alleged "plan" to tie candidate Trump to Russia as "a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server."

Now, with Danchenko's indictment, Dolan's name has been added to a seemingly growing array of Clinton associates whom Durham has referenced in the development of the Russia collusion scandal.

Again, it is not known whether Durham has suspicions or evidence of criminal conduct against anyone else beyond Danchenko. But many other figures are at least likely to feature greatly in the conclusions of the special counsel's final investigative report if many of the details of the indictments to date are any indication.

One thing is clear, though: Too many "great Democrats" keep popping up in Durham's investigation.

                        • HUGE PROBLEMS Involving Thousands Of Ballots In Colorado...Entire Process Contaminated!

                          DANIEL NOVEMBER 6, 2021
Mesa County Colorado Clerk Tina Peters knew that the Secretary of State was most likely committing a crime when she ordered voting machines cleaned of 2020 Election results so it's not surprising they targeted her.

Peters shared her story at an event put on by Mike Lindell, where he warned other counties about what happened in Mesa County during last year’s election cycle - but said this time things will be different because Mesa County has backups for their votes!

You know how you can tell a government is corrupted? When they refuse to take responsibility for their own corrupt data. That's exactly what happened in Mesa County, Colorado, and numerous issues with the database were found by systems analyst Jeffrey O'Donnell.

After analyzing the data and the election systems, here is some of the issues that they found:
                          1. The accurate final vote for Mesa County cannot be determined based on the review.
                          2. Persons unknown altered data from the election and at least 5,500 ballots were processed differently than the other ballots in the county making them ineligible.
                          3. For some unknown reason, new adjudication and tabulation databases were created for most of the ballots processed in the county. The 5,500 ballots were not included in this activity.
                          4. In the new databases, adjudicated cases decreased in half, from nearly 10% to near 5%. There was no explanation from the county for this significant decrease.
                          5. There is no way of confirming that the new database included the exact same results from the original database.
                          6. Log files were purged almost daily which is illegal since election files must be maintained for 22 months after the election.
                          7. There is evidence the election machines can connect to the server and evidence SQL was accessible to make material changes to the data in the files.
                          8. There is evidence the systems have not been backed up for years, which puts all the voting machines at risk.

Will the election be scrapped since it should have never been certified to begin with? I doubt it, but at least we're being vindicated with what we have been saying all along.

Ya your right, the rules have been tightened up a little. The only reason Republicans swept Virginia is because they had to purge the dead voters out of the system after 2020 so they wouldn't get caught.. but they still stole the New Jersey Governors race.

                            • Wisconsin Sheriff Hold Press Conference To Announce Proof Of State-Wide Election Law Violations

                              DANIEL NOVEMBER 5, 2021

On Wednesday, the Racine Wisconsin County Sheriff's Office announced that they would be holding a press conference on Thursday to announce what they label as proof of state-wide election law violations.

Here's the announcement that was made on the Racine County Sheriffs Office Facebook page:

SHERIFF TO ANNOUNCE PROOF OF STATE-WIDE ELECTION LAW VIOLATIONS
Members of the media and the press are invited to attend a news conference where Sheriff Christopher Schmaling will unveil the results of an extensive investigation with implications throughout Racine County and Wisconsin. At the conclusion of the presentation, Sheriff Schmaling and the lead investigator will be available to answer questions and provide documentation. The news conference will be on Thursday, October 28, 2021, at 11:00 a.m., at the Sheriff’s sub-station, which is located at 14116 Washington Ave., Sturtevant, WI. The news conference is open to the press/media only. The news conference will also be available on the Sheriff’s Facebook page.

This seemingly came out of nowhere, but it just goes to show you that there are some people out there that are still doing the right thing and investigating their elections and election process to make sure that what happened in November last year was legitimate and what happens in the future is legitimate as well.

This should be a no-brainer and every county should frequently look into their elections and election process to validate the process and the results.
Having worked in FDA regulated industries in the past, it is just basic procedure to make sure that everything was done following protocol. There is a long trail of paperwork that creates the chain of custody for everything that was done from start to finish.

During the conference, the Sheriff's Office revealed that the Wisconsin Election Commission told other election officials to NOT follow the law and this led to crimes in all 72 counties in the state. This had to do specifically with the Wisconsin Election commission taking advantage of impaired senior citizens in a nursing home voting scam.

UNDERCOVER STING! NJ Election Worker Lets Unregistered Non-Citizen Vote

                                By Erica Carlin
Project Veritas launched an undercover sting operation on election workers to see if a person who is not registered, or even a legal resident in the United States, would be allowed to vote in New Jersey’s elections. It was a test and election workers failed miserably. They also discriminated against themselves by stating that they ‘let anyone’ vote during the 2020 presidential election.

                                Straight from Project Veritas:

“In a conversation between two election workers, one of them affirmed to the other that there was no true voter verification occurring at that location during the presidential election — and supported providing a ballot to the Veritas journalist posing as a non-registered non-citizen.

“Remember, we were allowing anyone to come in,” she said.

When addressing the Veritas journalist in disguise, one of the poll workers said she was willing to provide a ballot.

“I’ll let you fill out completely a ballot now. Whether or not it’s going to count, I don’t know,” she said.

“Listen, we’ll let you do it.”

In a governor’s race that has been called with only about a one percentage point difference separating the candidates, this behavior is at the very least questionable.”

As Project Veritas pointed out, this is in violation of NJS 19:4-1 which states “non-citizens cannot vote for even register to vote.”

The undercover man said he’s actually an Irish citizen with a work visa. The poll worker affirmed that they were going to let him turn in a ballot and let someone else figure out whether it would count or not.

Project Veritas reminded the viewer that this too was in violation of the law NJS 19.34-20 which states “poll workers may not provide a ballot to someone not entitled to vote.”

According to the law in New Jersey, a poll worker giving a ballot to someone who cannot vote in the state is a “crime of the third degree” that can come with up to five years of imprisonment and up to a $15,000 fine.
