      • I really miss buffets. Especially for Indian and Thai food because you can sample a bunch of different things. I’ll keep my eyes open for her. Speaking of looking for people where is our buddy MAL? Every time I read how about an Illinoisan Getting arrested from January 6 I worry that it may be our buddy

        • I missed them as well, but since I'm trying to lose weight, I'm staying away from them and fast food in general. 33 pounds down and 15 more to go. It's been a slow crawl but I'm determined to get there by mid January at the most. Sorta reminds me of my much younger days and cutting weight for wrestling, but it was infinitely easier back then when I had a metabolism.

Wisconsin Investigation Finds Illegal Votes, But No Widespread Election Fraud

The number of votes cast illegally in Wisconsin’s 2020 presidential election almost certainly exceeded Joe Biden’s nearly 21,000-vote margin of victory, a newly released investigation concludes, but the report found no evidence of widespread fraud or an unexpected or illegal late-night ballot dump that thrust Biden to victory.

The Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, a conservative public-interest law firm in Milwaukee, released results of a 10-month investigation that included a review of 20,000 ballots, an examination of 29,000 absentee ballots, the filing of 460 open-records requests, and scrutiny of more than 65,000 documents. The report (pdf) identified many problem areas with the election but stressed it found no fraud or reason to believe that improper ballots were cast with malice or ill intent.

“When large numbers of voters question the authenticity of an election, their concerns, whether valid or not, need to be addressed,” the report said. It noted that an August 2021 Marquette University Law poll found 70 percent of Republicans and 26 percent of Independents had a lack of confidence that “the votes for president were accurately cast and counted in last year’s election.”

              Among the report’s major conclusions:
              • It is “almost certain” that the number of votes “that did not comply with existing legal requirements exceeded Joe Biden’s margin of victory.” This conclusion does not mean Biden did not win the election among eligible voters, “but the questions of fraud and unlawful processes are related.”
              • “There was no evidence of widespread voter fraud. In all likelihood, more eligible voters cast ballots for Joe Biden than Donald Trump.” An analysis of voting patterns and the 2020 results “does not give rise to an inference of fraud.”
              • The “widespread abandonment” of proper election procedures “raises questions regarding the fairness of the process and the possibility for voter fraud that might not otherwise be detected.”
              • Security vulnerabilities that could be exploited should be addressed by “reasonable reforms” that could reduce potential problems “without unduly burdening the right to vote.”
              • Private funding of election operations, primarily from a nonprofit group funded by Facebook co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, “had a partisan bias and impact.”

The Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) disputed some of the findings and conclusions in the WILL report. “Certification of the November 2020 presidential election was based upon lawfully cast votes that were affirmed by municipal, county, and state canvass certifications and multiple court decisions after reviewing these matters,” said Riley Vetterkind, WEC public information officer.

The WILL investigation found nearly 300 instances of ineligible voters casting or attempting to cast ballots, 130 votes cast by felons, 42 ballots cast in the names of deceased voters, and 129 ballots from individuals with commercial addresses, either post offices or mailing centers. Vetterkind said a recent Legislative Audit Bureau report (pdf) on the 2020 election found only eight individuals with active felony sentences who might have voted in the election.
              Misuse of ‘Indefinitely Confined’ Status

Many of the nearly 266,000 people who cast absentee ballots claiming they were “indefinitely confined” were not eligible for indefinitely confined status, the report said. Noting the nearly 300-percent increase in the number of absentee ballots from the indefinitely confined, the report said “it is almost certain that many voters improperly claimed ‘indefinitely confined’ status.” The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled in 2020 that fear of illness during the COVID-19 pandemic was not sufficient justification to claim confined status and obtain an absentee ballot. These ballots did not require photo identification, while in-person voting does require photo ID.

“While we cannot infer any malignant intent on the part of these voters, this means that many votes were cast without the requirement of photo identification,” the report said. Some 54,259 absentee ballots from the indefinitely confined “were cast by individuals who have never shown a voter ID in any election,” the investigation found, while 3,718 were cast from addresses that were on the 2019 Mover’s List, and nearly 7,750 provided information that did not match that on file with the Wisconsin Division of Motor Vehicles.

Vetterkind said the WEC’s guidance on absentee ballots said: “indefinitely confined status shall not be used by electors simply to avoid the photo ID requirement without regard to whether they are indefinitely confined because of age, physical illness, infirmity or disability.”

Nearly 23,400 voters who cast ballots failed the DMV check, meaning the information they provided did not match state vehicle and licensing records, the report said. Of this total, nearly 5,000 voters listed a driver’s license number “that does not exist in the DMV system,” while nearly 16,600 listed names or birth dates that did not match DMV records. “Democrat-leaning counties were disproportionately represented among DMV checks,” the report said. Nearly 32,000 Wisconsin voters were in the National Change of Address Database at the U.S. Postal Service, with 7,151 having moved out of state, the investigation found.

“It is still not possible to infer fraud from these unlawfully cast votes or failure to maintain voter rolls,” the report said. “There isn’t much, if any, evidence that these voters did anything intentionally wrong (in many instances they seem to have relied on the advice of election officials) and one might conclude—whether as a matter of law, fairness, or political survival—that it would be unreasonable to throw out their ballots.”
              Ballot Drop Boxes Benefited Biden

The widespread use of ballot drop boxes in the 2020 election runs afoul of Wisconsin law on proper procedures for collecting absentee ballots, the report said. Use of drop boxes, encouraged during 2020 by the bipartisan Wisconsin Elections Commission, “was correlated with an increase of about 20,000 votes for Joe Biden, while having no significant impact on the vote for Trump,” the report said. Vetterkind said the use of secure drop boxes in Wisconsin predates the August 2020 memo on the subject from WEC. According to the commission’s information page on the subject, “no Wisconsin court has foreclosed the idea of lawfully using absentee ballot drop boxes in the state.” Rejection rates for absentee ballots in 2020 were “substantially lower” than in the previous presidential election, the WILL report said. Ballots can be rejected for missing or inaccurate information. “Either voters improved their capacity to avoid mistakes,” the report said, “or more likely, election officials deliberately made efforts to ensure ballots were not rejected.” If rejection rates in 2020 were similar to 2016, the margin between Biden and Trump would have narrowed by 6,000 votes, “making a very close election even closer.” A WILL poll of 2,000 Wisconsin absentee voters showed a partisan split, with 72.6 percent of those expressing party preference identifying as Democrats and 27.4 percent identifying as Republicans.

Wisconsin law does not allow local election officials to fix or “cure” ballots that have defects, mistakes, or missing information. The Wisconsin Elections Commission told local officials they could cure ballots, which was “lawless advice” that resulted in non-standard practices being followed for correcting ballots, the report said. Vetterkind said the state requirement that absentee-ballot witnesses provide their address was new in 2016 and “statute does not define what constitutes a complete address for this purpose.”

Despite the belief in some quarters that a sudden, middle-of-the-night ballot dump in Milwaukee was evidence of fraud, the report said the number of ballots counted on election night “is consistent with what was reported to be outstanding.” Those votes went overwhelmingly—85.7 percent— for Biden. “Put simply, there was no unexplained ‘ballot dump,’ ” the report said.

The investigation found no evidence of problems with voting machines. Jurisdictions that used Dominion voting machines had no effect on the expected vote total, the report said. Trump won communities that used Dominion machines with 57.2 percent, an increase from 2016. “Our analysis found Democrats actually did worse than expected in areas that used Dominion machines,” the report indicated.

Grants awarded to Wisconsin municipalities by the nonprofit Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL), funded by Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, resulted in an increase of about 8,000 Democrat votes statewide, the report estimated. Wisconsin’s five largest cities—Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Kenosha, and Racine—received about $8.8 million from the group. About 200 municipalities across the state received CTCL election grants in 2020.

The private funding of public elections has been derided by critics as “Zuck Bucks,” part of an effort to turn the 2020 election for the Democrats. Not everyone agrees or sees a conspiracy behind the funding.

“This is one of the great lies of 2020 in Wisconsin,” said Jay Heck, executive director of Common Cause in Wisconsin, in a recent podcast interview. Heck said the CTCL funding “wasn’t targeted at Democrats. It was for anybody who applied for it. It is true that the five largest cities in Wisconsin, which happen to have Democrat pluralities, applied; but so did 200 other municipalities in Wisconsin. …By the way, every municipality that applied, Republican or Democrat, got the money.” Funds were used for hiring election workers and the purchase of personal protective equipment and other COVID-19 mitigation items, he said.

Wisconsin Assembly Speaker Robin Vos (R) said he welcomed the WILL investigative report. “I appreciate the hard work WILL put in to review the 2020 election after many Wisconsinites expressed concerns about the fairness of our election process,” Vos said in a statement. “The review confirms there were issues the legislature can and should address.”

An investigation of the 2020 election authorized by Vos and Assembly Republicans has come under increasing fire from Democrats, who see it as a strictly partisan attempt to undermine the 2020 results and set the stage for a Republican to win the Wisconsin governorship in 2022 and the presidential election in 2024. The probe is being headed by former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman, who was given a $676,000 state-funded budget for the investigation.

Wisconsin Attorney Gen. Josh Kaul’s office sued Gableman and Vos on Oct. 21 in Dane County Circuit Court, seeking to quash subpoenas Gableman issued to members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission. An injunction hearing in that case is set for Dec. 23 before Dane County Circuit Court Judge Rhonda Lanford. Gableman filed suit in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Dec. 2, seeking to compel the mayors of Madison and Green Bay to sit for interviews.

                • This week, when Wisconsin started questioning their own election, the results were astounding.

                  Liz Harrington reports:

-In Wisconsin, there are 119,283 "active voters" who have been registered for over 100 years!

-The number is over 500K when you add in inactive voters.

-There are 42,000 voters in Wisconsin who are currently listed as inactive in the August 2021 file, but nevertheless voted in November 2020

-9,700 active voters registered prior to 2016 and never voted in any election, appeared as voting in 2020

-Another 1,500 registered prior to 2011 and never voted, but are listed as voting in 2020

-Plus there was a lot of funny business in Milwaukee and Dane counties:

Milwaukee had 149,000 voters who were switched to inactive

                  Dane 85,800

                  Waukesha 41,000

These are huge fluctuations that do not make sense with population changes

HUGE: WISCONSIN UNCOVERS 100,000+ VOTERS WITH MAJOR PROBLEM (VIDEO)

                    COOTER DECEMBER 10, 2021
Still have reservations about conceding that Sleepy Joe Biden won the 2020 U.S. Presidential Election without cheating? Wondering how a sitting president could get more votes than he did in the previous election, but still lose? You’re not alone.

Well, a huge story announced out of Wisconsin further supports the argument that Joe Biden did cheat. President Trump had an opportunity for a second successful term as president stolen from him. Rigging and stealing an election is high treason.

A video has been released covering the public hearings being held by the Wisconsin Committee on Campaign and Elections. What was announced in this video was, on one hand shocking. However, on the other hand, it’s nothing all President Trump supporters don’t believe to be true.

The report documented the testimony of former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice, the Honorable Michael Gableman. Gableman is irate over what investigations are uncovering. He threatened to sue a Facebook employee and former Barack Obama operative.

Judge Gableman told the Wisconsin committee that he was confident that the Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s “goal was to defeat President Trump and elect Joe Biden.” Zuckerberg handed out nearly $9 million to five Wisconsin city election commissions.

The objective was to undermine the integrity of the election. Two mayors from these suspect cities are the target of court orders to appear before the committee or be arrested. Gableman says these two mayors have refused to answer questions. They’re clearly hiding something.

In November, a formal complaint was filed against the Green Bay mayor for turning over control of the 2020 elections to Zuckerberg’s cronies. These corrupt liberal operatives were given illegal access to the Internet and to ballot warehouses. Something smells awfully fishy.

The spokeswoman for President Trump, Liz Harrington, mentions other profound revelations that the investigations have unearthed. Harrington tweeted, “In Wisconsin, there are 119,283 ‘active voters’ who have been registered for over 100 years.”

There are dozens more questionable oddities within the state. Consequently, Joe Biden’s supposed margin of victory is only an estimate. Experts contend that Wisconsin lost track of as many as four times those 21,000 votes Biden supposedly had over President Trump.

If any fraction of these more than 100,000 suspicious 100-year-old registrations proves fraudulent, Wisconsin’s 10 electoral votes must rightfully be awarded to President Trump. Wisconsin is not the only state where strange and unexplainable voter fraud happened.

Other red flags were discovered in Wisconsin as well. There were more than 10,000 active voter registrations prior to 2011; people who never voted in prior elections. Ironically, all these previous “non-voters” amazingly cast a ballot in 2020. Wonder who these ballots were for?

Investigations point to these votes being illegally cast by someone else. What’s even more alarming is how Wisconsin handed over any accounting for these irregularities to the liberal cronies of Mark Zuckerberg. Mark Zuckerberg is a crook. Joe Biden is a crook.

As investigations into the fraudulent 2020 Presidential Election continue to unfold, Americans should grow increasingly angry. The 2020 Presidential Election was stolen. A cherished part of American democracy was stolen.

What should the consequences be for perpetrating such a heinous fraud on the American people? The penalty should fit the crime. It’s treason. Zuckerberg, Biden, and the rest of the fraudsters must be punished. Maybe Sleepy Joe and his Facebook pal can share a federal prison cell.

BRAD RAFFENSPERGER CLAIMS ATLANTA SUITCASE VIDEO IS AN “URBAN MYTH” DESPITE VIDEO EVIDENCE (AUDIO)

                      COOTER DECEMBER 10, 2021

If there wasn’t any sign of widespread fraud during the 2020 Presidential Election, then why is the radical left trying so hard to fight investigations into reassuring public trust? Why wouldn’t liberals want the truth to come out, so they could say, “we told you so?”

It’s because, as real facts are unveiled, the 2020 Presidential Election was consumed by fraud. Joe Biden stole the election. Biden and his liberal cronies had a lot of help. One place where these helpful little minions were exposed was at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

Live video footage showed poll workers, first kicking out bipartisan observers, and then dragging out suitcases full of ballots hidden under tables. The anti-American cheaters keep insisting that this was nothing but “business as usual” during the vote-counting process.

Anyone with half a brain would realize this is a bunch of baloney. Crooked Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger even referenced the reports as an “urban myth”. How a sitting Republican public servant could ignore the obvious is baffling.

The nearest anyone can come to a plausible explanation is that Raffensperger is trying to cover his own butt. Raffensperger is even accusing people of splicing the tape to make it look like something it was not.

Anyone watching the video of these suitcases being dragged out front under tables can clearly see the progression of movement was clean and unaltered. Again, those seeking the truth must ask why a high-ranking Republican official would flat out lie to help someone steal an election.

These same mysterious suitcases full of ballots were stuffed through vote-counting machines in the middle of the night. The counting was done when no one was present to verify the process. That act, regardless of the story behind the suitcases, is wrong.

Before the State Farm suitcase caper went down, Joe Biden was losing the election in Georgia. Funny, Biden somehow woke up ahead of President Trump. Magically, it appears Joe Biden was the first presidential candidate to win the state of Georgia since Bill Clinton in 1996.

The problem is, Joe Biden didn’t win Georgia. Like in other states such as Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Arizona, Biden secured the critical electoral votes by cheating. He did not win the election. During hand recounts, some votes were mysteriously uncovered for President Trump.

However, none of the Georgia recounts explain the obvious chicanery that went on in Atlanta. The individuals who opened these suitcases and illegally counted the ballots are as guilty as those who benefited from them.

The facts surrounding the stolen 2020 Presidential Election continue to mount. Every new investigation unveils more direct evidence of fraud. Brad Raffensperger is right about one thing. There is a myth.

The myth is that Joe Biden honestly beat President Trump. The more times these crackpot liberals, and even their corrupt Republican supporters, lie try to cover up reality, the more they expose their guilt. Too bad Joe Biden’s presidency can’t become a myth.

                      • STILL UNKNOWN: Where Did the 298,000 Absentee Ballots in Georgia Come from After Election Day?

One year ago we reported on the unexplained 2020 Election results in Georgia reported by state officials. A similar review was reported today at UncoverDC.

We reported the following on December 20, 2020, almost a year ago to the date:
A review of Georgia results from the 2020 election indicates more corruption than reported to date in the the Peach State.
                        1. On election night at 7:20 pm, Ralph Jones (of pull the Biden ballots out from under the table fame) reports a total of 130,517 absentee ballots received with 86,191 counted. That would leave 44,326 absentee ballots remaining to count plus any other ballots received on 11/3. Although, note that when Jones reports his totals it is past the cut-off time to legally accept any new absentee ballots and one would assume they had been collecting ballots from drop off boxes and the mail room throughout the day.
                        2. The Secretary of State’s website reported 146,994 total absentee ballots received. That equals 16,477 additional ballots were received sometime late on election day and should never have been counted.
                        3. At a rate of 3,000 ballots processed per hour times five machines at the State Farm Center, 15,000 ballots could have been processed per hour. Ralph Jones said there were only 44,326 ballots remaining to count on election night. At a rate of 15,000 per hour, that should have taken three hours to complete. But instead this went on for days!
                        4. On the next day at 1:25 pm, Jessica Corbitt, the Public Information Officer for Fulton County, reported that Fulton had counted 74,000 absentee ballots which is 12,191 less ballots than Jones had reported the previous evening?
                        5. Corbitt also reported that 67,000 ballots were remaining to be counted. This is 22,674 more ballots left to count than was reported by Jones the night before. The ballots all should have been counted by this time if workers were counting ballots from the night before. They only needed an estimated three hours after Ralph Jones reported ballots left but they were still counting mid-day on November 4th.
                        6. Assuming Corbitt’s 74,000 number of absentee ballots counted is accurate, 74,000 + 67,000 ballots remaining to be counted equals 141,000 absentee ballots which of course doesn’t match either Jones’s totals of 130,517 or the Secretary of State’s number reported of 146,994.
                        7. Sometime shortly after midnight on November 5th, hours later, the AJC reports Barron as saying there were 128,000 total absentee ballots and that 96% had been adjudicated (122,880) . This of course doesn’t make sense because Jones had reported 130,517 on 11/3 at 7:20 pm and Corbitt had reported 141,000 at 1:25 pm on 11/4. The SOS final reported 146,994. There were four different amounts of total absentee ballots reported in two days, 128,000, 130,517, 141,000 and 146,994!
                        8. At 4:30 am on 11/5, Barron stated there are 10,000 absentee ballots remaining to be counted.
                        9. At 7:27 am on 11/5, Barron stated there are approximately 140,000 total absentee ballots. Seven hours earlier, he had said there were 128,000.

TRENDING: Former Georgia Senator and Governor Candidate David Perdue Says He Wouldn’t Have Certified Georgia’s 2020 Election Results

Here was our post: Kevin Moncla at UncoverDC shared more information on Georgia’s impossible results today.

                        Moncla shared:
The Secretary of State appeared on the Today Show the day after the election. The hosts were asking about the not-yet-determined Georgia election results. At the time, the presidential race stood like this:

Raffensperger then appeared on the show and answered questions as to the state of the election. Raffensperger explains that there were 4.7 million total votes in Georgia. Then he specifically says:

“We have about 2% left to go, and you can see where we are right now with the results that have been reported. I don’t think they’ll change any outcomes, but that’s what those people that make those predictions do. What we’ll do….”

The call is dropped. A few minutes later, Raffensperger is back on, and the host asks:

“You said you have 2% left to count. You didn’t think, however, that it would be changing the outcome. Is that based on your analysis of where those votes are outstanding, or are you just guessing it because of the fact that it’s only 2%?

                        Raffensperger emphatically responds with:

We don’t guess. What we do is report. We just see where the candidates are right now in both Presidential, Congressional, and Senatorial, and you look at how many votes are out there. Even if one of the candidates got 100%, it wouldn’t be enough to move it one way or the other.

Raffensperger is right. The difference was 103,705 votes, with Trump in the lead. The 2% remaining was only approximately 94,000 votes. If you add the totals reported, plus the 94,000 outstanding, the total comes to 4,759,119 votes, or 4.75 Million (Exactly what Raffensperger claimed).

But the election ended with much more:

Moncla writes that CNN reported on November 4th at 8:54 p.m., that according to Secretary of State Raffensperger, there are now 122,535 left to count with 26,815 counted in the last 30 minutes alone:

                        Moncla concludes:
However, they didn’t finish the count until November 7th, three days later. With all votes for election day and early voting uploaded on election night, it only leaves the absentee ballots to finalize. So the question remains—where did all these extra absentee ballots come from? All 298,000 of them!
As we said a year ago, nothing in Georgia’s election makes any sense.

                        • The Gateway Pundit reported that precincts in Pima County were reporting over 100% voter turnout for mail-in-ballots and many others were reporting 99% or 97% turnout for mail-in ballots in the 2020 election.

AZ State Rep. Mark Finchem Speaks At Trump Rally In Des Moines: “34,000 Or 35,000 Fictitious Voters – We Believe We Found Them.”

Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem just found 35,000 fraudulent votes in Pima county Arizona. Ready for another audit?

He spoke about President Trump’s ‘Drain The Swamp’ agenda, the Arizona audit, and the disgusting attempts by the left to suppress the American people.
Finchem: He was able to pull the curtain back and reveal the rot, and the self-serving, and the corruption in Washington DC. Your consent to be governed goes hand in hand with your right to examine, audit, and question your government. But the left would tell you “Oh, wait a minute. Audits undermine your confidence in the election.” Seriously? No, what undermines is the fact that we have hundreds of thousands of fictitious voters in the system. We have ballots and nobody knows where they came from. So with all the evidence, I think the Lord’s got a message here with this whole audit thing, don’t you? With all the evidence of incompetence and criminality, that’s been presented to the Arizona Senate, to Congress and now to the Arizona Attorney General, the Maricopa County 2020 election, cannot be allowed to stand. It must be decertified. And set aside. There’s more. I love it when I say that. But wait there’s more. If you’ll go to votefinchem.com, there’s a button at the top that calls for an audit of Pima County. That is the second most populous county in the state of Arizona, where we had a whistleblower who sent an email not just to the DOJ but to every single legislator saying, there’s 34,000 or 35,000 fictitious voters, and they’ve been inserted in system, and we’re going to never find them. Well, we believe we found them.

                          • This must be fake news...Democrats don't have a conscience. Finchem read a whistle blowers anonymous statement about how the fraud in Pima county was executed.

Yesterday, Rep. Finchem read the evidence out loud.

The IP address that this email was sent from has been identified as a computer in Tucson, Arizona.
Finchem: On November 10th of 2020, we received an email that was actually included in some of the testimony and evidence from the November 30th hearing, last year in Maricopa County. It’s important for me to read the email in its entirety because that is what sets the stage for what is happening over the last 10 months, the investigation that we have engaged in, private sourcing, a few legislators, and pulling public records and records we could get access to. This email is, as I said, dated November 10th, and it is addressed to the criminal division at the U.S. Department of Justice.

This is anonymous reporting and I do not want to be included in this investigation. Thank you.

Please be advised the Pima County Recorder, located at 240 N. Stone Avenue in Tucson, Arizona, 85701 in Pima County, Arizona, and the Democrat Party added fraud votes. In the initial count of the vote by mail (VBM) totals released at 8 pm on November 3, 2020, There are approximately 35,000 fraud votes added to each Democrat candidates’ vote totals. Candidates impacted include County, State, and Federal Election candidates. Through the utilization of the automated ballot count machines in Pima County Elections, My understanding is that 35,000 was embedded into each Democrat candidates’ total votes. Below are the meeting notes.

In a meeting I was invited to by the Democrat party in Pima County, Arizona on September 10, 2020, no phones or recording devices were allowed. A presentation was given including detailed plans to embed 35,000 votes in a spread configured distribution to each Democrat candidate’s vote totals. When I asked, “How in the world would 35,000 votes be kept hidden, or from being discovered?” It was stated that spread distribution will be embedded across the total registered vote range and will not exceed the registered voter count. And the 35,000 was determined allowable for Pima county based on our county registered voter count. It was also stated total voter turnout versus total registered voters determined how many votes we can embed. The embedding will also adjust based on voter turnout. Because the embedded votes are distributed sporadically, all embedded votes will not be found if audited because embeds are in groups of approximately 1,000. This is so the County Recorder can declare an oversight issue or error, as a group of 1,000 is a normal and acceptable error. Maricopa County’s embed totals will be substantially larger than Pima, due to embeds being calculated based on the total number of registered voters. When I asked, “Has this ever been tested, and how do we know it works?” the response was, yes, this has been tested and has shown significant success in Arizona judicial retention elections, since 2014. Even undetectable in post audits because no candidate will spend the kind of funds needed to audit and contact voters to verify votes and the full potential of the total registered voters, which is more than 500,000 registered voters. This year our Secretary of State has removed precinct level detail from election night releases, so candidates can’t see precinct over-votes. This is what I have from this meeting. Just thought I’d report this. Not sure if you can do anything since I was unable to have a recording device at this meeting. Thank You.

One additional piece of information about this, Mr. Chairman, is that we were able to identify the IP address where the email came from. It is a computer in Tucson. However, that’s as far as we could go.
