    Why is the bottom wrestler worned for stalling if he stands up with the legs in on him? It seems to me that if you have the legs in, and riding time is important, you should be able to keep the bottom man down. I really think we in high school have it correct to warn the top man if the bottom man stands . Just a question looking for an answer. thank you

    Because it wasn't like he stood up and the top guy put the legs in, the legs were in he stood up and decided to do nothing while the top guy was working. I dont really agree with the call, but that is why it was made.
    Is there no one else?
