October Sunday Folkstyle Clinics in Sheridan
MFVE WRESTLING FACILITY

Doors open at noon on Sunday's in Sheridan
12:00-4:00 split into (2) 90 minute sessions
$30 per wrestler
Session #1 covers neutral positions (12:00-1:30)
(Setups & finishes... with offense & defensive explosive takedowns)
Usually take a lunch break from 1:30-2:30
Session #2 covers top & bottom positions (2:30-4:00)
(Escapes & reversals... with tough breakdowns & pinning combination's)
Sunday's in October dates for clinics:
1st, 8th, & 15th
bring pair of running & wrestling shoes, We usually start out with a light jog outside if the weather is nice enough
*** ALL WRESTLERS ARE INVITED & MUST BRING COPY OF USA WRESTLING CARD ***
