Chris Moore 113lb. Not mentioned on Go Earn It Rankings. Wins a bracket with 2 returning State Champions. Bellis from 106lb and Olsen from 113lb 2019.
Im with you. He beat a champ, and a 3rd placer from last year. and another returning champ in his bracket. flew under the radar.
If this were a team tournament, and a kid who wasn't seeded or ranked turned in this kind of performance, for those kind of team points, you'd be pretty impressed.

Not saying that he shouldn't be the most outstanding, but basing it on the fact that he wasn't ranked or seeded is irrelevant in my opinion. He lost in the sectional finals in the last 15-20 seconds of the match. As far as being unranked, that is just someone being uninformed, because while I wouldn't have necessarily picked him to win it all i'd have told you he is a kid that will be in the hunt at the end.
So when you say psychosomatic, you mean like he could start a fire with his thoughts?

Yeah, but we are talking about State bro. So that point is more irrelevant than him not being ranked.
Webster was lights out, but he did not go through the same competition. During the weekend Moore was the Most Outstanding.
Or one of the Bailey boys. Those kids are warriors, overcoming injuries to win their titles.
Cramer. Working everyone over in one of the toughest brackets.
Mr. Cramer, his bracket was not that tough. He was very good, but he rolled over a bunch of nobodies. He beat a kid who took 4th at Sectionals in the finals. I would say 182 was one of the weakest brackets there easily. It was probably one of the weakest brackets in America this century.
