I know Admin will have a full list of winners, but Sammy was there and said congrats are in order for Zane Richards and Max Schnieder, they are the 2A and 3A wrestlers of the year respectively. IMHO both are great choices and I am happy for them and their families.

      Thanks Mom,
AAA was a terrific group of kids.

and congratulations to Class A Alphonso Vruno from Sandwich (138 Champ)

AA Matt Garelli from Fenwick for the Scolastic Athlete of the Year (Stanford bound)
The man who is at the peak of his success, and the man who have just failed are in exactly the same position. Each must decide what he will do next.

I guess you could tell who did not win the award. The Pac 12 is getting a fine young man in young stud Garelli, who taught me that it's Stanford "Cardinal" not Stanford Cardinals so I have that going for me.

The Garelli family greatly enjoyed sitting with the Schneider's at the banquet. The school that signs Max is getting a great kid and a phenominal athlete. All the best in your college search. Having gone through it with Matt I know what a difficult and exhilarating process it is both at the same time.
