It appears that both big match-ups, Sandburg-Lockport and Marmion-Montini were blowouts. Adds to the build up of seeing Oak Park, Sandburg, and Marmion tomorrow at Sandburg.

and a "loss" TO 1A Dakota today. Big drop off in program head count past 2 years with partial JV, about 1/2 of a squad last year . Close call last year at state. But one runs the well dry without back ups and football recruits . Next year ouch ! Heavy ff's makes one just a tournament team.

I have experienced this too. Lifting..............come on down to the room. They will run to the weight room, to avoid a REAL workout.

My fault, I forgot it's impossible to detect sarcasm through written words. My post was to point out to all of the private school bashers on here for years that it is not as easy as everybody thinks to win at a private school. Fighting increased tuition, terrible coaches stipends, inferior facilities, and decreasing enrollmets are big issues that private schools are forced to deal with in today's market.

I just wanted to make one smart a## comment and not start another private school vs public school war on here.

Please don't cry me a river about private schools. CPS and other teams are struglin to stay alive.
