Hammer Offseason Programs

Hammer Wrestling School is now working in conjunction with Push Wrestling Facility to offer you offseason wrestling. By becoming a member of Push, you can have 24 hour access to their facilities. Then when you register for Hammer, you can attend our practices on Tuesday and Thursday nights (5:30-7pm) starting March 14. We will offer structured practices and instruction at an affordable cost.

Good luck to all of the state qualifiers next weekend. As you look into your offseason plans look us up. We're at a new location and hoping to make some strides moving forward. Our focus is folkstyle, rather than freestyle/Greco. Only 365 days until next year's sectionals.

Now that the season is officially over (except for state duals), and you're looking for offseason training, look into Hammer Wrestling. We've been around since 2007 and are making a push (no pun intended) to return to action. Our programs are local, cost effective, and offer quality instruction that is proven to work at all levels. We focus primarily on folk style and goal is simply to promote wrestling and help our members improve, regardless of level or ability. The time to get better is now! Sessions start March 14.

Spring Session of Hammer starts this Tuesday at Push Wrestling Facility. 5:30-7pm. Sign up at http://hammerwrestling.org. We can get you registered with Push at the facility. The time to get better is now. You get your hand raised in the offseason, not in February.
